经常看到Shopper和complete savings (CS)这两个名字在mitbbs晃来晃去，似乎还挺神
秘的，所以做了些功课，简单说，它们就是一个高级点的cashback website，cashback
额度比免费的网站(如Mrrebate，fatwallet)高，代价就是每个月有$12会员费。究竟值
不值，
