我喜欢《Titanic》、《About Schmidt》等电影里的Kathy Bates，bos、kalel、
aixiaoke都推荐她的奥斯卡得奖片《Misery》。昨晚半夜看完，深一脚浅一脚地赶去图
书馆还dvd，不是因为暴雨积水，是腿软。
Misery是影片中畅销作家Paul Sheldon （不是假托八十年代的西德尼•谢尔顿吧
？）笔下的主角，Sheldon因之而被自称第一粉丝的Kathy Bates劫持——其实他出车祸
并非Bates设计，他写的新小说Bates也没看过，这起劫持似乎是出于天意+从模糊变清
晰的占有欲。Bates对Sheldon极尽阿谀之词：“It’s not just great, it’s

都是国家历史纪念地方 古战场什么的
Hampton有个Fort Monroe 原来是个要塞 罗伯特李故居在里面
不过是个军事基地 进出查ID
Butch Garden也在Williamsburg 附近 倒是很好玩
不怕冷去virginia beach 泡海滩吧
Fort Story也是军事基地 进出查车子 查ID 里面有两个灯塔
都是当年英军和法军打水仗的地方 |

lag... lag is created between the hands and clubface. hands lead, club face
follows, there is some lag.
I would say, stay ur right foot heel on ground longer a little bit to get
the lag. try it, it works . just don't forget still turning ur hip.
I've been through the technical stage of swing, if I can't get other good

看了让我唏嘘不已，文中对Tiger Woods golf swing的描述和我现在理解的非常相似，
比如taller stance, upright swing plane, swing in front of the body, 同时，对
Tiger woods在去年各个时期swing的变化的描述和我当时的感觉也相当接近， 比如，
提到的他squat too much, weight on the behind foot after the downswing......
Haney讲的不少我也很赞同，比如golf swing is a feel. 不仅是full swing, 还有
putting stroke. Butch Harman对Adam Scott的推球技术也说过Adam太依赖technical
了，他该有更多的feel在里面。
另外就是练习的效率。说Tiger在本赛季后半程再也没在比赛后去练习场，然后他赢 |

三的 Steve Stricker 挥杆从BACK SWING到IMPACT,完全没有手的动作(几乎连COCKING
都没有),但是打得很准. 所以,不转腕击球是正确的,转腕击球才是错误. 击球时转腕是业余爱好者中流传的说法,对此,BUTCH HARMON 在他的书中有专门的解释.
往往偏右边很多。偶尔转过头了，就偏左。所以如果就不转腕打的话，姿势是不是不正

and he has two gears for his driver too. 80% driver save us money for 3-wood...
he has relative small amout if knee flex, so stands a little tall, his swing
plane is going to be a little bit steep...
