If you talk about “spread” in general term, then anything that can be
spread can be called “spread”, including butter (those butter sticks),
margarine, cheese, cream, and etc.
But if you talk about butter spread specifically, then, it is a different
product than pure butter. Butter spread is kind of like a “diluted” butter

发帖数: 211 | 7 下午在单位刚开完会，坐在电脑前想起来Butter了，看了下摄像头，阳台上死活找不到
Butter的影子，心想是不是躲在沙发后面睡觉呢。但是越想越慌神，急急忙忙赶紧回来
了。
Butter现在正处在对外面的世界特别好奇的阶段，除了她10周大之前，人看着还敢让她
在后院玩玩，现在出门根本不敢不栓绳子，见到个陌生人跑步她都热烈地跑上前想去跟
人嬉闹。
回到家里看着空荡荡的阳台心一下子就在炎炎的夏日里瞬间冻住了。立刻打电话给老公
，说话都颤抖着，感觉马上就要哭出来了，老公立刻收拾包说马上回来。然后在后院大
声呼唤之，喊了三声，Butter呼啦啦就从邻居的邻居的邻居那边跑过来了。我又是摸又
是亲的，吓得失魂落魄，然后失而复得，心脏也重新舒活了。
这货又是玩的一身泥巴，也没有抓她，就说走，回家吧。Butter就兴奋地跟我自觉回家
了。
真是有惊无险，看来刚装的摄像头还是派上用场了。。。。
还不到4个月大的Butter差一点就逃跑了。。。。都怪我，早晨上班前忘了把阳台的木
门插上，可巧今天风大，把门吹开的间隙（那门是弹簧门，开了后会回弹关上），
Butter就自由地越狱了。

蛮有意思的~于是amazon下单了1lb试试，今天就收到了，试用了一下，前来报告一下~
节选自原帖：主要成分是非洲的一种牛油果Shea Butter,
美国国家公园建议旅行者在户外时尽量使用没有化学添加品的沐浴用品以减少对大自然
的污染。
后来我找到用 Shea Butter 制成的非洲黑皂African Shea Butter Black Soap，看着
像陀牛屎，握在手里很肥腻，有轻微的油脂气味。
可以替代洗发液………用了一星期的感受：拿来做洗发液洗头的话泡沫丰富，干净而且
容易冲刷掉；
用在身上情况差不多，非常滋润，很温和…….
很多护肤品都有Shea Butter的成分，我就不多介绍了，有兴趣请GOOGLE

那还能怎么大量地吃butter呢？烤cookies可以，但要是走gluten free也是麻烦。

发帖数: 215 | 28 用butter的一个是味道,另一个很重要的原因是它是固体油脂,可以包进空气,空气在加
热时膨胀,使成品内部松软(个人理解,说得不对请指出)
所以....如果你看到方子里是将butter融化(不是软化,是融化到液体)的一般可以用菜
油(玉米油啥的)代替..因为这时只用到它的油的特性,而不需要考虑固体特性...一般可
能味道稍差点(没有butter味了),但是应该还是可以的...
还有最好用玉米油等无味油,不要用花生油,橄榄油之类的...否则据说口感就很怪异了.

rich。而且非常容易做。本来应该是往里加点penne之类的pasta的，不过我家没有啊…
…于是就这么吃了，有点遗憾，不过以后肯定还会做的嘿嘿。
[材料] serves 4-6
boneless skinless chicken thigh 520g（4个）；500g baby bella mushrooms；200g
sour cream；3 tbsp butter；parsley 若干
如果是分5份的话，每个serving 大概290卡。
[做法]
蘑菇先切片，中火热锅，放2tbsp butter，等融化以后下蘑菇，炒啊炒啊炒。
meanwhile可以给鸡腿去骨去皮去肥油切条。炒到蘑菇变软了，变得很小了，拿出来。
锅再放1tbsp butter，下鸡肉条，稍微煎一煎到五六成熟吧，把蘑菇倒回锅里，一起炒
一炒，下sour cream，搅匀，让整锅料咕嘟个15分钟，最后5分钟的时候下parsley，下
salt & pepper。装盘的时候上面撒点parsley（我这个太难看了，叫LG切的，结果他切

Anyone from Shanghai or visited Shanghai before?
上海南京西路上的凯司令有一名点, 掼奶油, which was one of my childhood
favorites, and it’s more or less like whipped cream / butter, I guess –
and I think, by 掼, 摔打, whipping / beating, it mixes air into the cream /
butter to make it softer and more fluffy. 掼奶油 can be directly eaten
though, not spread on anything or anything like that.
By the way, another 凯司令名点 is 栗子蛋糕.

发帖数: 211 | 33 听说烤干的猪耳朵是狗狗最好的treat以及puppy很好的磨牙工具，于是跑去亚洲超市买
了一大盒回来给Butter烤来吃。
新鲜的猪耳朵先过水煮熟了，然后拿剪刀剪成一条一条的，放在烤盘上烘烤30分钟以上
，放凉之后就可以给狗狗吃了。
技术含量很低，第一次做，也很成功！
Butter每天两餐之间会有两三条的猪耳朵吃，而且看她吃的很开心，一副很享受的表情
，自己也非常的满足。
而且Butter现在用餐礼仪学得非常好，美食当前，不让吃之前就乖乖地坐着，等妈妈说
可以吃了，批准之后才扑上前去。

不過軟化的其實也可以用啦
但是微波爐還是會把butter直接融化
然后要做的就是放到冷凍室十分鐘
在butter剛剛要凍起來的時候拿出來，這個時候就跟室溫軟化的效果一樣了 |
