Remember, there are bystanders behind and next to the suspect, a missed or

IMHO, The officers are warranted in every way to apply deadly force due to

what is not. In the case of an emergency,making a 911 call is critical.
Apparently, you think what the bystander did in this case was
enough for you. If you are not a 50cent party member and really live in CA,
I suggest you take a emergency response course offered by a lot of community
colleges and fire department. Usually, it is recommended to:
first, call 911;

1）开枪的扮歹徒的是经过特别训练的专业射击教官；
2）在模仿的歹徒进入房间的时候，很冷静地立刻知道谁在自己衣服下面“隐藏”着自

远新鲜而难以预测，街头摄影（扫街这个词有点被误解）重于捕捉陌生人灵光乍现，显
露个人魅力的瞬间，在上面Marc Cohen和布列松的照片里最明显，这种活力应该是街头
摄影所特有的。
也有慢一点的扫街风格，下次有空再讨论，可能用中副相机的人比较容易体会。
关于扫街有本宝典，叫Bystander: A History of Street Photography，强烈推荐一下
，尽管按照现代摄影师的眼光已经有点过时了，对史料的总结还是最详尽的，另外它比

1961年9月19日，他给毛泽东写信请求“先去湖南故乡搞三个月”，“明年春天再去太

before a police report can be taken.

I simply could not jump to the same conclusion as you guys.
Every textbook says thallium poison is the result of
either attempted murder or suicide, but here people
jump directly to murder. What if both sisters suffer
adolescent depression and committed suicide?
College kids have the highest suicide rate.
There have been many thallium poisoning cases in
China AFTER Zhu Ling's case. Supposely the regulation

不出这样的结论吧?
SUICIDE? .... 她失去过一个姐姐,知道自己对父母意味着什么,怎么可能就这样选择轻
生??何况,包括那些因为人去茶凉,都不会替她说话的同学,有人说过你所谓的
depression么? depression那是有症状的,都到自杀的地步了,还没人看出来??
再说,一个人该有多变态有多阴暗才会对自己慢慢慢慢下毒折磨自己到死? 还是两次??
下了毒以后,中途还跟父母说自己不舒服要去医院....这是寻死的人么?
你知道想自杀的人最忌讳的是什么么?
1.自杀没死成还瘫痪(除了那些想无理取闹的人)..
2.死亡过程中的痛苦....(除了一些变态地想享受这个过程的人)
所以以她的智商,想死就会想个彻底一点的方法,一次达到目的~!给自己下毒就要下个大
剂量的~没这么脑残的自杀方式....

过路群众冷漠旁观的例子比比皆是，最著名的就是佛山“小悦悦事件”。去年10月13日，2岁的小悦悦在佛山南海相继被两车碾压，7分钟内，18名路人路过但都视而不见，漠然而去，最后一名拾荒阿姨陈贤妹上前施以援手，引发网友广泛热议。
事件发生之后，报纸上网站上的相关评论文章我看了不少，发现绝大多数作者都是在做“道德说教”，抨击民众的道德责任心，几乎没有人从心理学角度进行科学的分析。本文就是要从心理学角度来回答如下这些问题：
1，冷漠的旁观者为什么不愿意挺身而出？难道是因为国人特别没爱心吗？

1980年，登在“星期天泰晤士报”上的一篇文章，说了斯大林大儿子雅可夫的死因。二
战期间，雅可夫被德军俘获。德军将雅可夫和英国军官关在一起。斯大林儿子总是把厕
所弄得很脏。英国军官责备雅可夫，雅可夫面有愠色，英国军官又逼雅可夫打扫厕所，
雅可夫勃然大怒，与对方争吵并动了手。后来雅可夫要求见战俘营长官，来裁决争吵的
是非。德国军官不睬他，雅可夫用粗话仰天怒骂，旋即向战俘营外冲出去，雅可夫就电
死在战俘营周围的带高压电的铁丝网上。
雅可夫是个脾气很倔的人。他不愿申请入党，斯大林为此很不高兴，要雅可夫为父亲想
想，雅可夫才入了党。他是一个陆军中尉，1941年被俘。莫洛托夫私下里告诉斯大林，
瑞士或瑞典愿意帮忙做雅可夫的交换工作。斯大林听了之后不响，后就转到不相干的话
题上。莫洛托夫再也没有提这个事。朱可夫也跟斯大林提起雅可夫的事，斯大林走了百
