once he is a 班副. How to tell if 班副 will do his/her job? What I
suggested is to make an effort to make sure whoever is going to be 班副, we
pick a responsible one who is do the job.
Do you understand that,
If this new 班副 do his/her job well, we all win.
If this new 班副 doesn't his/her job well, we all lose. |

我觉得她说的一句话挺对的，就是2011年申请的同学确实应该多交流。现在麦地里暗潮汹涌，希望有一个板斧来代表咱们的利益，这样咱们在版上交流的时候才不会被人欺负 LOL。
其实小马自己比我更合适，她已经考完试了。但是已经发展成这样了，我就先去申请看能不能批。主要是现在已经有4个版主/板斧了，可能不行。不管怎样，希望大家每个人都不要做踢别人场子的事情，有什么不同意见可以自己另开一个帖子表达。这样子每个人都能在版上共存，交流的气氛就会好起来。 |
