曾引發爭議的亞裔細分法此前在州參議會及眾議會相繼通過，但紐約州長葛謨(Andrew
Cuomo)日前卻否決該提案；亞裔社區代表及民代反應不一，有社區人士深表失望，認為
該案有助搜集亞裔社區中不同族群的數據，令政府更公平地分配資源，但有人表示欣慰
，認為法案會引起亞裔族群間的分裂，且數據的使用權限與合理使用也無法保證。
「亞裔細分法」的主要內容是在統計人口數據時，不再統稱「亞裔」，而是將亞裔細分

约市长白思豪和教育局局长费瑞娜（Carmen Farina）多次宣称要改变录取标准，让考
试结果不再成为唯一标准。华裔家长忧心纽约步加州恢复平权的SCA5法案后尘，望民众
于30日前往法拉盛图书馆参加讨论会，发声为学子争取平等权益。
根据一份最新数据，纽约全市8所特殊高中中的史岱文森高中，录取的学生中有四
分之三都是亚裔，可谓独占鳌头。而其他特殊高中，例如布朗士科学高中（Bronx High
School of Science）和布碌仑技术高中（Brooklyn Tech）情况也类似，非裔和西裔
才是学校里的“少数族裔”，并且还有不断下降的趋势。根据纽约时报报道，今年史岱
文森录取的3300名学生中，仅有7名非裔学生和21名拉丁族裔。
