buffet，5.5元随便吃。吃了两年，不知道体重增了多少。我也不明白，为什么西餐的
卡路里怎么那么的高。随便一个早餐的cramble eggs， 标的卡路里是more than
200kals。 算下来，如果三餐都在食堂吃，随随便便要过2500kal。 所以2个月前，我
已经决定自己带午餐了。 |
