businesses that stock and help run the operation.

我，
我就偏头看看他。 eye contact 一出现，我就条件反射的想微笑，憋了半天没憋住，
终于旧病复发，满脸堆了一个典型标准虚伪礼节性微笑。内男生果然愣了一下，也跟我
笑了笑，互相别开目光，继续低头吃皮萨。。。。只听他对面忽然娇声汉语怒喝：“你
认识她？？？” 我抬头一看，想必是他女友， ( 我心说，怎么这么不给面子，认识不

故事要从昨天（礼拜三）讲起，礼拜二干了一天加半夜的活，凌晨两点才回酒店，礼拜
三早上7点就又回来干活，因为issue没有解决。
因为是上客户的公司干活，客户把我们安排在cafeteria里干活，这几天他们工厂又在
cafeteria搞培训，工作环境可想而知。
事情来了，昨天下午，工厂的工人可能是下班了，在cafeteria里玩桌上足球和乒乓球
，我感觉他们吵到我无法工作了，正如我说的，我的工作状态是，我一个人干活，其余
我们公司的几个人基本都是陪衬，而且系统调试，一个typo就可能不work，压力可想而
知。 我就跟我身边的同事抱怨，他们太吵了，我们的pm就在不远处，他也不管。 同事
就说，我们自己去和客户的经理说说吧，让她来解决，我说你们说之前最好还是跟我们

今天去cafeteria微波一杯开水，刚把水杯放进微波炉转上，一个同事也走过来了，他
和我还有几米远距离，还没开口对我说话，我就闻到了刺鼻的大蒜味道。就是生吃过很
多大蒜，然后没有对自己经过任何处理的那种臭味，我强忍着打了个招呼，就说有事跑
开了。跑出好远，才大喘了一口气。真的，这要熏死人的！
过了很久，我才过去cafeteria拿我的开水，水都又已经放凉了，cafeteria里面还充斥
着大蒜的臭味。
想起某次，另外一个同事，坐了我一段顺路车，他大约是爱吃大葱的北方人，浑身的大
葱味，也是要熏死人。我开了车窗也无济于事，后来他下车后，我喷了许多空气清新剂
才去掉了气味。
怎么这么多人，不注意自己形象呢？老美体味重，人家知道朝自己身上喷许多香水，知
道每天早上洗澡换衣服才出门，可是我们老中呢，爱吃味道重的东西，却不顾及他人的
感受。实在是让人很无语。
自省了一下，我有时候赶时间，早上也是急急忙忙做了些要带的午饭就出门，也许别人
也能闻到我有油烟味儿。看来以后尽量还是不要上班前做饭了。

首先，HSA是health savings account,FSA是Flexible spending account。所以顾名思
义，HSA是用来saving的，FSA是用来化的。
第一，HSA肯定是不交所得税。但是SS和medicare的税，要根据plan的设置。有些plan
要交，有些plan不要交。如果HSA是Section 125 "cafeteria" plan,就不要交SS和
medicare。你可以直接问HR，HR知道这个什么意思。一般来说，公司有match的plan，
大多是Section 125 "cafeteria" plan。
第二，取钱不要交SS和medicare的税。因为IRS对HSA当初交没交过SS税，没有记录，所
以一律不交。根据取钱的用途，不交所得税，或者交所得税。根据年龄，可能还要罚税。
第三，HSA和FSA完全不同的是。HSA不需要当年花掉，而且是自己管理，自己给自己报
销(reimburse yourself)。所以如果你产生医疗费用，你完全可以不用HSA，用信用卡

要交，有些plan不要交。如果HSA是Section 125 "cafeteria" plan,就不要交SS和
medicare。你可以直接问HR，HR知道这个什么意思。一般来说，公司有match的plan，
大多是Section 125 "cafeteria" plan。
第二，取钱不要交SS和medicare的税。因为IRS对HSA当初交没交过SS税，没有记录，所
以一律不交。根据取钱的用途，不交所得税，或者交所得税。根据年龄，可能还要罚税。
第三，HSA和FSA完全不同的是。HSA不需要当年花掉，而且是自己管理，自己给自己报
销(reimburse yourself)。所以如果你产生医疗费用，你完全可以不用HSA，用信用卡

cafeteria， 等家长来接，过时间就不管了，因为after school 的场地就在那里。我
女儿胆子很小，如果after school 的老师不走过来接她她就不敢自己走过去。有两次
after school
的一个老师忘了接她，过了很久才发现。我觉得不太舒服，毕竟孩子才四岁，接送的时
候人来人往，如果乱跑了都没人知道。特别是有时候不在cafeteria里，老师会带孩子
们在playground等家长。
我就让LG给after school 说了一下，专门让我LG去说，因为他平时比较会说话，应该
很委婉的表达了一下，就是请他们注意接一下孩子。但是就这样就把那位负责接孩子的
老师得罪了，从此以后我
每次去接孩子她都故意不理我，用背对着我。我难受了一阵，想过向她的上级报告，也

发帖数: 3080 | 45 在中餐馆只做过waitress。在学校cafeteria洗过碗。那种洗碗机有长长的管子，就是
pullout hose的加长版，可以喷热水的，人要带着橡胶手套。整个洗碗设备像carwash
的流水线，几个学生在那打打闹闹挺好玩的，就是夏天会觉得比较热，还有就是抬盘子
和glass cartons的时候觉得很沉，容易把腰给闪了。
cafeteria还兼作婚礼的catering services,我们那时候上班的基本是国际学生（其中
中国人比较少），懂酒和英语好的可以作bartender，赚得小费大家一起分，呵呵。 |

卫生大检查统计数据显示，多所公校害虫、老鼠、蟑螂及废液在食堂中泛滥现象严重。
据NBC报道，由《信息自由》（ Freedom of Information ）提供的2012年公校食
堂卫生检查结果，阅后不容乐观。
位于宾臣墟（Bensonhurst）的公校PS 93被列于问题清单中，由于在2012年春季至10月
间分别于不同的四天进行的检查中，该校食品区始终发现小鼠的踪迹。但最后检查结果
标明该校“无害虫证明。”
教育局（The Department of Education）说该校的害虫已不再是问题，但是他们
的食堂的污水处理问题必须在3至6周内解决。
该校学生家长西蒙娜·尼布利特（Simone Neblett ）在得知该检查结果后，感到
十分困扰和担心。“我不知道，”她说，“我的宝宝天天都在这里吃饭。”

从入院到产后4、5小时，妈妈在L&D room，然后转到普通病房，宝宝有小小的crib，病
床旁有折叠沙发，陪床的人可以躺躺，肯定不舒服了
大部分时候是两个人一间屋，如果妈妈比较虚弱，会单独一个房间，病房里两张床，这
种情况陪床的人可以躺得稍微舒服点
伙食：
美国的护士在学校里学的是病人肚子疼时给病人嚼冰块，这对咱中国人肯定不适合，可
以在入院时特别提出这点，要喝热水，不要冰块，护士会大字写在她们的本本上，交班
时会特意嘱咐下一班的护士
从入院到宝宝生出来，妈妈是不给吃的，陪床的人可以去医院的cafeteria，cafeteria
很小，大概有4、5样热菜，两个汤，吼咸吼咸，不加半瓶矿泉水根本喝不下，salad若
干，价格还可以，5、6刀能吃饱
产后几小时后，妈妈可以吃饭了，如果吃不惯医院的饭，可以自己带饭过去，有微波炉
可以热菜
