看看segal and segal这个公司的房子，他家的管理实在很好，房子条件很不错，有十
几个区吧

一个人自己住，打算租1bedroom的apartment，或者大一点的studio也可以，如果合租
有独立的卫生间房间足够大也可以。请问大家有什么建议？谢谢。房租尽量还是不要太
