我的问题是，CALENDAR YEAR X，Y是不是分别是2001 和2000？
还是说要先给我一个DATE，那么CalendarYear 就是year (date)---那么X可能是
2000，可能是2001； Y可能是1999，可能是2000？

2000.
Calendar year is always 1/1-12/31. |

round的，instead of one long summer break, 居然还有三周的秋假和长一周的冬假
和同样长一周的春假。
