发帖数: 201 | 1 关于这个病具体的我不太懂，不过anatomy还是懂一些。这个结构是连接大脑左右半球
的，有的病人因为无法治愈的癫痫会做手术切开这个结构，控制发病，生活还是正常的
，就是左右半球在手术后一段时间内不能正常沟通，比如大部分人的语言功能在左半球
，如果信息到了右半球，又无法送到左半球，他们就无法表达这些信息，虽然右脑是在
处理那些信息的。不过这些症状都是成年后切断这个结构的症状，然后因为大脑有另外
小一些的其他结构连接两个半球，比如anterior commissure和海马里的hippocampal
commissure都可以慢慢担当起corpus callosum的功能，不过这些说的都是切开的病人
（split brain）。
在网上快速看了一下，看来这个病如果是天生的话，可能会有一些问题，不过好像个体
差异很大，可能有的小孩是部分没发育，有的小孩是完全没发育。大脑两个半球之间的
联系对很多很多的机能（感觉，运动，语言还有思考复杂的问题等等）还是很重要的，
预后的情况很可能取决于两个半球是否能在发育过程中建立起有效的连接，能有多少信

never on all these places at the same time.
We went to our family doctor and he ordered a non-contrast brain MRI for her

和楼上一样，我感觉也有点怪。我不能想象MRI的结果能在任何方面有助于autism的治疗和恢复。

）另外他们有没有其它的手段来validate这个发现。我粗略查了查我们的数据库，此位
点的duplication和遗传疾病相关的有下面这么几篇，你如果有时间可以读一读。另外
，似乎所有的研究都处于experimental或early studiy in human，所以临床上的意义
不是特别大。我自己没有读这些paper，所以不知道文章里的研究是不是非常match你的

什么意思，在美国呆着又有歧视，这日子不好过，更应该互相帮助。
女的语言优势应该是有生理基础的，记得有研究显示女性两个大脑半球之间的corpus
callosum比男的发达一些，交换信息更快(not sure)。还记得女同学到了北京几年之后说
话都象北京女生了(sure)。
