在我小孩身上失败的建议。
有时侯输球时emotional，然后越打越烂，以前我经常说just calm down, don't think
about the score, the most important point is the next point, blah blah. 听
起来都很好的建议，但完全没用，后来我发觉，要是他能calm down, 那也不会陷入
emotional 的state, 一旦陷入，也不会再那么清醒的想到这么多，大人可能好一点，
小孩就是会out of control.
怎么办呢？教练就规定他带一块毛今去场地里，每次输分，都要去用毛今擦擦汗，训练
中也是这样。慢慢的他就把擦汗作为一个常规动作，真有效果，冷毛今一擦，控制
emotional 就好多了。
总结，很多建议对于大人都是很好的，但对小孩就不同，理解能力感受能力都有限，关
键是要找到根源，用小孩能够实行的办法，我想这也是黑岛发这贴的初衷。 |

粗口，暴力，酗酒，离婚，父母子女互相打骂兼施（唯一近乎完美的恐怕是广告牌经销
商Red：刚可抗拒警方压力，柔可现场原谅重创他的暴力警察并递上一杯橙汁；既帮女
儿被害的妈妈，又帮病入膏肓的警长；在正直与善良的天平上做到人力可及的平衡）；
但每个人又袒露出最软弱的、人之为人的一面。正是这种柔性的力量缓慢突破人与人之
间的隔绝，使片中人物最终达到一种微妙的默契，也使看到结尾的观众无法不喜欢每一
个和自己一样缺陷深重的角色。女主演Frances McDormand在奥斯卡记者采访中用一个
词概括这个电影：compassion，深感其然。
除了剧本好（虽然片名实在干巴巴），还有一个惊奇是几乎每个演员都可以拿奥奖——

说”anger begets anger这句话是没有意义（无关痛痒）的
因为人世间的苦难实在是太多了
当人们忙于深陷于自己的痛苦之中的时候
是无暇顾及到别人的
也无法体会别人愤怒的理由（除非…见最后一段）
小女友太小了
她可以说这句话
但不过是个注脚而已（因为事情没有轮到她身上）

然后还扯到了恐同的事，也感觉有些跳跃

据美国《世界日报》报道，美国又有一名警察涉及飞车党围殴华人男子艾利先‧
连(Alexian Lien)！服务于纽约市警内务调查处(Internal Affairs Bureau)的28岁警
察Matthew Rodriguez在案发一周半后，悄悄回到警局向主管坦承他也是当日飞车党的
一员，让主管大吃一惊。他是继探员Samir Gonsalves及布拉济斯科(Wojciech
Braszczok)后第三位涉案的警察。据悉，共有六名警察涉案，目前内务调查处仍继续调
查其他三名未曝光的涉案警察；市警局也继续调查 Rodrigues及Gonsalves是否有加入
斗殴之列。
