杨振宁
黄昆和我在西南联大研究院是同班同学。我们于1944年得到物理学硕士学位。一年以后
，我们先后出国，去修读博士学位。他去了英国，我去了美国。出国以后我们不常通信
，可是每次提笔写信却总是写得很长。1947年2月或3月我给他写了一封长信。那时我正
在Allison的实验室工作，不很顺利，所以信上一定用了disillusionment一字。可惜这
封信我没有留下副本，而他也没有把原信保留下来。但是他的回信却在我的来往信件档
案之中。现在我把他给我的这封信打好复印在下面。
这封信很有意思。它描述了他（和我）作研究生时候的一些企求与失望的心态。也描述
了他对导师Mott的评价。关于Bernard Shaw的一段话也非常有意思。相信物理系的研究
生会从这封信中得到一些鼓励与启发。

beaches in the bay side for warmer, shallower and calmer water.I'd recommend
Crosby beach in Brewster, you can even dig some razor clams during low tide
if lucky. Also, there is a small and nice Museum of Natural History in
Brewster, you can check that out if time allows. Remember to get parking
sticker for Brewster's beaches at its town hall(office), otherwise you'll
get ticketed.

我开始走出波尔德。
彼时我正是新鲜人一枚，感情过度丰富，受不起落基大山刺激强烈，活动归来依然心潮
澎湃，独归陋室后只觉得文思泉涌，忍不住撸了袖管就慷慨激昂起来。正经是平生第一
次尝试创作，文字粗陋矫揉之处更可以想见，奈不住版上彼时风气不正，阿猫阿狗凑够
字数一律捧杀，文坛新人哪经过如此阵仗，面色不动口中谦虚，心里却神清气爽，又遥
遥想起高中时，好像也曾有一次被语文老师当堂朗读过作文，不由暗赞众人慧眼，说不
得胸无点墨的一个猥琐理科男却是暗存了一点文胆三寸慧根，如今却要在这科州版上给
发扬光大了。兴致起处，在没相机没照片的困难条件下，为那两次活动我竟然连发了四
篇所谓游记。又一个文青闪亮登场。
好处是，如今就可以省却诸多笔墨，两个活动合成一篇，以照片当家了。正好我最近笔
记本电池罢工，火车上每天1.5小时的法定创作时间，无奈只能拿来补大觉，这段时间
正是锅里没粮杯中无水的尴尬境地。那几篇旧帖也链着，帮助交代剧情吧。

，船长和我同名都叫Jason。除了昨天的小队，小芳姐姐和他的铁杆巴蒂老渔民也加入
阵列。小芳姐姐一到海上就疯了，哇哇怪叫，大吼连连，颇有一举杀向钓鱼岛的气势，
我和司马看得直乐，其他三人却被直接吓得晕了船。
转眼到了第一个钓点，LD先拔头筹，上了个两磅左右的scup，然后她又拔了seabass的
头筹，然后她又拔了trigger fish的头筹，然后她又拔了蓝鱼的头筹，尽显新手威风。
看看实在没什么可拔的了，她又拿下了当天seabass 的大鱼奖，然后她摇一个大鱼摇了
三分钟，杆子都插到了水里，实在撑不住了，把杆子交给我嚎啕大吐去了。我接过杆子
，分量果然不轻，担心LD没有赛特牢hook，狠狠的赛了两下，……线断了。
当然大家也不甘落后，振奋精神纷纷拔了几十筹，收获喜人。不知不觉间风又大了，浪
高过了五尺，海水时不时拍进小船，LD吐爽了，越钓越勇，嗖嗖上鱼，蜗牛和小芳也正

I think it's better to start people off in a calmer airport, and then they
can fly to x-wind airports later into their training.

about how to draft, or tell you to look up every few strokes to stay on
course, but very few seem to deal with the subject in much detail.
