楼下住了一个小伙，见过一次，像东欧那边的人。最近估计乘着感恩节买了一个大家庭
影院，还搬到了卧室，就在我床下面，天天放音乐的电影啊，那声音别提了，感觉地板
都在抖动。
说实话他方的声音并不大，音乐什么的也不是特别吵，但那个低音炮太烦人了，我能清
晰的听到鼓点，感觉地板跟着鼓点在动，你的心脏都被那个鼓点压抑住了。他经常半夜
也不行消停，放到1点是常事。我并不是一个很容易被吵醒的人，我也是夜猫子类型，
所以很多功课啊什么的都在晚上做，因为那时我效率最高，尤其11点以后，我迫切的需
要安静 = =+
我听说低音炮需要大空间，像我们这个鸽子笼似地apartment，一个低音炮根本无法完
成波形，于是都到邻居那里去了。
最愤怒的一次我第二天7点要起，结果半夜1点被烦的披着睡袍爬起来，去敲门去了，这
小子还不开门。后来想想自己也有点后怕，毕竟一个女生单独住，还是要小心点的。所

大病，有一个朋友做过手术，公司的mutual+社会保险=全报，这个主要看公司好坏
小公司上的保险反而好，当然比不了total,areva这种半国企
看牙，补过一次，全报，镶了一颗，前后算上1000欧，报了900多
眼镜，一年两副，近视+太阳=100欧,高出的都能报掉，公司小妞们买channel墨镜，然
后开假发票，算到近视镜片上，就都报了
假期
我头一年只工作8个月，不夸张，挺痛苦的，世界上没啥新鲜地方可以玩了
一直流传的笑话是公务员上班晚来的经常和早走的扶梯上见
当然比西班牙还是累的，给客户打电话，10点以前不在，4点以后不在，中间两个小时
吃饭
女人的就夸张了，生孩子+conges payes annuels+RTT+arret maladie+conge scolaire
,一年就剩不了几天了

其实具体做什么并不重要，重要的是人随时保持CALM ASSERTIVE STATE，狗随时保持
CALM SUBMISSIVE STATE就可以了。
记得里面有一集，米大叔让大家参观他的心理治疗中心，镜头一扫，米大叔就说你看大
家都很CALM SUBMISSIVE呢，突然指着一只狗说，他的MIND不对，然后立刻二指禅纠正
。其实当时那只狗什么也没做，就是站在那里。所以我理解就算狗没有真正做错事情，
只是STATE OF MIND不对了，就要纠正，因为MIND不对了，就有可能做错事。
至于自由活动，我觉得是完全凭主人想让狗互动多久就多久吧，但是中间随时纠正
STATE OF MIND。 |

早上5点多醒来，睡了5个多小时吧，比前一个晚上多多了。
醒来的时候很害怕，因为做梦做到一群好朋友在吃饭，只有我坐在旁边的桌子一个人吃
。然后我想别人都不喜欢我，还想这样真好，因为我不想拖累别人。
躺在床上眼睛睁得大大的，然后开始哭。对自己真的很失望。我明白我的thought是什
么，也知道它怎样影响我的feeling，但是我无法正视我的thought，觉得它就是事实，
已经在我心里根深蒂固了。深呼吸，relax。
6点多起床了，干了点活。一大早赶到学校，准备工作了。不料发现一个小东西不见了
，我居然放不下，一定要把它找出来（其实没用）。后来把箱子从头翻到底，翻了好几
次都找不到，然后很upset。
干活，每次干活以后总是很内疚，觉得自己真是个loser。想起counselor说，尝试每次
干的时候，只要求自己在一小点上做perfect就好了。可是总是忘记。
Speaking of忘记，今天发现我的memory loss又回来了。又是一阵恐慌。calm down，
calm down，然后就calm down了一点。
下午干完活回家吃饭，吃了一点点。然后再写paperwor |
