一个女孩，3岁
除了 Montessori school, swimming school, gymnastic school, summer camp1,
summer camp2, fencing school, piano school, dancing school, soccer school,
painting school, 还有这个 science lab, 那个 science fair 的。看得偶家里人都
老眼昏花。可人家小孩子还在叫嚷不想闷家里。
做父母的真难啊 |

我第一天跑了3个10分钟elliptical, 第2天，group lessons，中午boots camp1小时，
晚上桑巴1小时。一直没用单位的gym，这回终于用上了！本来晚上还想跑elliptical,
但忙着订机票，搞签证一直到凌晨2：30，就没练。今天一看减这么多，真是喜出望外！
周日就回国了，希望到周一见朋友之前能减10磅. |

十四座八千米高峰探险队的攀顶记录能否从第十一座改写为第十二座。
位于喀拉昆仑山脉的K2峰，海拔8611米，是世界第二高峰。因为此峰的死亡人数与
登顶人数比率高达30%，位居十四座八千米高峰第三位，被登山界俗称为“凶残暴峰”
、“没有回报的峰”。此次是探险队第二次攀登该峰，2000年时曾从北侧新疆方向攀登
，因为突如其来的暴风雪，只到达了7540米的高度，被迫下撤，登顶计划夭折。本次从
