不过光拿卡不够啊，想换工作要先做好准备啊
这里分享一些我的个人观点
拿了卡，除了得到工作许可的便利外，根据美国的Deemed Export法案，不管做政府on-
site的合同商还是在商业机构执行政府的合同，出入都不再受Foreign National区别对
待。DC很多与政府相关的工作之所以要绿卡和公民的一个原因是Sponsor外国人要审批
不方便。所以一下工作机会多了很多。包括很多要求写公民的，只要不是政府雇员或者
特殊的clearance，你说绿卡一样可以申请的。
DC的码农市场最大最有活力的市场是用Java开发Web应用，数据库用Oracle的比较多，
