现在看上了Barclay的Barclaycard® Arrival™ World MasterCard，网址：

但是每次点完都说

Up to 10k points on Balance Transfer(I think it means you can transfer up
to $10,000 dollars as balance transfer and get 10k points that way? If so
then that's useless)
No Annual 10k miles to use, but you get 10k elite qualifying miles...which I
can't use

Barclay is definitely another kind of animal. It's notorious for it's
insanely conservativeness on approving ppl with many recent hard hits in
their CR. I heard that before, and yet still wanted to try my luck. I want
to get on board in the last minute for the USA master card with 10k
anniversary bonus miles.
