in fact you already have a very decent set of pros. You have very good
coverage in the range of 0.5" - 1" with your nuts and tri-cams and 0.5 C4. |

crack更是不推荐用active pro. 你有两套BD nuts按理说不会缺小的pro啊。BD micro
nuts强度太小了，不适合free climb。BD明确说了，#1和#2只能用来direct aid |

BD做系列产品还是很成功的，6号cam也是现在市场上能找到的最大的了吧

#5和#6似乎都只有BD能cover。不过那么大的crack要是不flare的话我宁愿用big pro了

BD C4的最小号0.3，可以承受8KN的力
4号和5号stopper只能承受6KN，如果你敢信任5号stopper，就没理由不信 C4 0.3, 当然
你可以说结构复杂的东西出问题的概率高，那是另外一码事，理论标称值 C4 0.3还是很
安全的
其他牌子的小cam，比如说6KN，甚至5KN的，我就没那么信任了，所以我也不打算买BD
C3
如果将来真的需要保护很细的crack，另一个选择是买ballnut

about hybrids which have recently been outperformed by metolius offset. TCUs
don't really work too well for shallow cracks due to their U stems. |

求：
1. 轻便， 容易携带， 容易安装
2. optical zoom, 不用太多， 当要有， 方便调节视野
3. 有flip screen, 固定好后能看到录的什么东西。
4. 有60p的frame rate. 试过sony的flip cam, 60p就可以看得比较清晰了
5. 防水， 容易操作，
刚好今天buy.com有个deal, 150刀。就跳了。 基本上符合， 就是frame rate 60p只能
录480的， 将就一下了。等来了再写个review.

我自己做田中按摩2，3个月了，自己觉得脸上以前鼓出来的肉瘪进去了，线条明朗了些
第2张照片是去年年初时候照的，还打了很强的blush，眼睛比较肿所以遮住了！我自己
觉着现在脸是瘦了不少。。。。。
我是用莲花油按摩的。。。后来也用了EA的好眠晚霜按。。没有出现长小包的情况
每次按摩的时候有细微痛感，肿胀的感觉
做田中就是要坚持，我这种水肿型脂肪胖脸是很有效的 |
