定了3晚南端的westin, 3晚7字转角的all-inclusive，rio palace
还没有答案的问题：
7字南端去哪里定tour？据说在hotel定价格贵，想去外面找可以侃价的。呵呵。
跟团一般是几点出门，去xcaret，奇琴伊察？好像有看到说是7点？
上车后有吃早餐的地方么（转车点）？
早9点到ADO站怕小孩起不来床。做车过去还要45min，打点提前量就要730出门。跟团出
门更早？
刚又继续考古，说是可以坐ADO从cancun bus terminal到Playa de Carmen，20min一班
车，然后打车到xcaret $10. 回程也一样。
新问题来了：哪里可以坐到Playa de Carmen，奇琴伊察的ADO bus？

我刚刚call了cvs，碰到一个非常nice的csr。
1，有的extrabucks不能用是因为系统升级出了问题，有各种问题，(a)可能和register
有关，(b)某些帐户的新的extrabucks都有问题，(c)有的帐号的有的有问题，有的没有
问题。他们也不知道问题在哪里，正在working out，说非常sorry。
2，她一张一张地验证了我的帐号里面所有的19张extrabucks，所有的都是valid的，而
且ready to use。我没有问什么limit的事情，因为我不想显得好像坏人似地。但是既
然我的19张都是valid的并且ready to use，所以10 limit估计不确切。
3，解决办法，她说我买东西的时候，如果通过不了，cashier又不愿手工输入的话，就
让cashier打1-800-shop-cvs，他们会verify，然后让他们手工输入。
有包子吗？
还有一个打电话地经验，碰到不nice的，就hang up，从新打，还节约时间一点。刚才

，就给了我一把门钥匙。当时觉得负责我case的老头歧视中国人，态度特别恶，还嘟囔
Chinese什么什么，没听懂。然后他要我第二天去sign lease，我有事没有去， 没有
sign任何paperwork。在这里住了一周，感觉很不好，就不想在这里住了，今天去
leasing office 跟老头说，我不住了，要求返还deposit。然后他说deposit一分不退
，我说我没sign lease，我们不构成合同，他硬说我sign了，还说我是lease holder，
信息都在他们电脑里。然后就不理我了。我说那你就给我deposit的receipt，他说这里
不提供receipt，我说你给我写个收据，盖上章， 他说No way。自己很忍不下这口气，
明天想去再和他理论，请教大家该怎么办？
如果他还是不退押金，不给receipt，我就想叫police，这种情况下，一般police怎么
处理？谁有经验，能讲一讲？如果police不管，我就想把我开的200 刀的check给
