另外现在查Paypal状态显示该笔Payment为Reversed，但是账户上的Balance还是0。如
何才能确认我收到这笔Refund了呢？ |

另外，Amazon 允许的Shipping 才19刀，我还以为默认是只Ship 到美国本土。我也没
有看到有别的选项，让我Exclude夏威夷或阿拉斯加等地的。什么地方我可以把这一条
加上去吗？
