宝用了抗生素导致的。糖会恶化鹅口疮。nystatin里面含糖，而且现在很多真菌对
nystatin已经有抗药性，所以不容易用nystatin根治。我曾经跟顽固的鹅口疮斗争了很
久，这是我的建议：

- 停掉nystatin
- 奶水也是甜的。妈妈尽量少吃甜食，多吃全麦全谷无糖的主食，多吃蔬菜，少吃甜的

- 买probiotics（益生菌）胶囊，whole foods或一些natural food store都会有，一
般冷藏的。妈妈和宝宝都吃。宝宝的用法可以参看Jack Newman的网址。妈妈也可以吃
不含糖的酸奶，最有效的酸奶是kefir，益生菌质量好。

鹅口疮(thrush)是yeast infection，更具体的名称是candida, 真菌感染，多半是因为
新妈妈或宝宝用了抗生素导致的。虽然鹅口疮对宝宝没有什么大的伤害，但也会有可能
会因为引起吃奶的疼痛，影响宝宝的胃口，或者会有红屁屁。如果妈妈不小心得了
thrush，那就会有可能乳房很疼很疼，尤其是刚喂好奶的时候，有时候会疼到晚上睡不
着觉。一般妈妈的thrush会觉得乳头痒，并且有可能乳头有几个白点（和堵奶不同的是
，一般如果是堵奶的话只有一个或两个白点）。但是有时候妈妈的thrush没有明显的表
面症状，lactation consultant和OB/GYN都没法诊断，但十分疼痛。我当时就是这样的
经历，所以花了三个月的时间做了各种试验才最终知道是怎么回事，自己把自己治好了。
所以我希望把我自己拿自己当小白鼠的经验分享一下。

免疫力可以抑制绝大部分微生物的生长。但是在少数情况下，舌头的变化可能预示
严重的疾病。

的情况下发生，不会发生在健康的成年人中。常见病人是一岁以内的婴儿，ＡＩＤＳ
病患者，长期接受免疫抑制治疗的病人等。Candidiasis本身没有什么问题，但是
往往是免疫类疾病最早的征兆。

UW 41 offline cases: 我当时和partner每个case仔细做一遍，虽然不像online有反馈
，但对练临床思维，补充protocol非常有帮助。最后考试与41 case有异曲同工之处，
遇到复杂case也不慌神。

可以检查下是不是有leaky gut和candida overgrowth。可以试下吃zinc和raw garlic
。同时考虑灌肠或者自己做enema。看看效果如何。 |

今天正好集中看了三十几份resume，一多半是同胞的。所以想冒泡出来说两句。主要是
围绕简历格式，字体的。我随便说说，大家随便看看。
（1）有些三份简历选择了类似的一个template。可能是为了凑在一页上，安排的非常
满。我一搭眼压根不想看，简直是wall of words：特别多字
，非常挤，section title还是全capital words。但还是看了，因为是自己人的。我不
知道hr看到这样的排版怎么想。图就不放了，大家自己想像吧。
（2）另外一份走了极端，非常松散，明明能放在一页上搞了稀松的一页半，让人感觉
经历很单薄。（第一张图）
（3）最让我难受的是有一份简历。它大部分用的是方方的那种字体，突然在project
name的地方，换成了一个圆圆的字体。让我觉得很突兀，非常不professional。其实用
同一字体，bold 一下那几个字就可以了。突然换了字体，会让人觉得简历是不是因为
什么原因“变形”了。
（4）最后一张图上，没什么大毛病。但完全可以再控制一下边距，把内容拉开一点，
让人看着舒服一点。

they do not fit the criteria for pre-cancer or cancer cells. Recommend
repeat in 3 months.
2.revealed imflammatory changes from
Candida(yeast)infection - have inclosed a prescription Diflucan/Fluconazole
请问jm 们这种情况普遍么?有没有必要3个月复检， 另外还有吃所谓的药，自己没有感
觉什么异常。谢谢。 |

(an imbalance of normal bacteria), candida (a type of fungus), trichomonas
(a parasite). Cervicitis is usually caused by sexually transmitted
diseases such as syphilis, gonorrhea, chlamydia etc. All of these
conditions require treatment of antibiotics, which a Chinese medicine
doctor can not prescribe. |
