我家猫咪JULY已经用petplan （Gold Plan)一年多了，去年一年都没有用上保险，今年
年初检查发现得了Resorptive Lesion, 找了specialist看病，保险除了deductible（$
50)跟copay(20%)之外的都包了。 一共拔了3颗牙（1 canine and 2 premolar)， 磨短
了d对应的canine。从file claim到看到网上claim closed 大概2个礼拜，总共费用
1400左右，保险公司出1100多。
去年五月我开始发现canine上面的牙龈红肿， ，到后来越来越厉害，蔓延到canine的
一半左右。五月时洗过牙，可是没有好转，到12月时再回去看医生，医生很自信的跟我
说是chipped tooth,牙龈出于保护的目的才会盖住牙齿。 在半信半疑的情况下我找了

我家干的吃royal canin kitten 36，罐头是一天一个，轮着喂Royal Canin
Kitten Instinctive pouch 和applaw的kitten罐头。我这个不挑食，基本上给什么吃
什么，还没见过不吃得的东西。。。她好像也不海吃湖喝，所以干粮随便她吃。
罐头一天一个，她一般一次连一包的一半都吃不了（人家是总要剩两口，溜达溜达过上一个小时再回来finish掉），所以我给她一包至少分两次给。 |

to Wisconsin and Indiana.
A release made by the New Jersey Department of Health indicates that “A
canine influenza vaccine is available and persons who board their dogs (
