fructose, 进入人体直接变脂肪。
diet coke, 用aspartame，80F会变成methanol，虽然人体有抵抗机制,但是仍有少量的
methanol进到大脑里。长期下去，后果可象而知。在美国，aspartame变成methanol的
实验根本拿不到funding，还有很多“专家”说aspartame根本无害，因为aspartame从
问世以来制造了上亿美元的利润。
如果喝coca cola的话，我建议Jewish passover coca-cola （用的是sugar cane）,因
为Jewish passover 不能吃corn. 会稍微贵一点，但是cane sugar比corn syrup好太多。

ras还是一如既往的underachieve, 当然也有可能是一如既往的slow start.
underdog虽然匹马当先，但是从总体实力上讲不如ras和Canes的队reliable.
象我preseason预测的一样，过于依赖superstar的作用。
Canes是hands down的第一阶段窦额奖得主和真心英雄奖得主。总分504笑傲整个
MFL，可惜总战绩没过.500.
bison同学so far运气太差，Deuce和Steve Smith应该为1-4负责。也许第2阶段
时来运转？
总的看来是3-way competition. 下狗dd不但总成绩领先， in division成绩也是
2-0摇摇领先。是本division大热。 |

foo(7-3): 阵容中WR稍弱，但有peyton manning基本上也就不需要别的了。
最后四周对手egirls/alomar/rich/titan, 预计两胜两负，overal 9-5外卡晋级。
breeze (6-4): 阵容中pittman/brown领衔的RB比较完整，wr如果holt伤病困扰
则令人担忧。最后四周rick/fire/dog/canes两个本division的可以拿下，两个偶们
south division的有望一胜一负，最终9-5或8-6以division winner进入playoff.
当然偶是坚决支持breeze的，如果他能拿下canes/dog, 对south divison的局势
有重大影响。
Miami Canes(6-4): 四连胜的teamster的阵容其实可以比美douglas/dragon.
后四周对手red stars/breeze/bison/holland, 估计全胜问题不大， 10-4

如果天气很冷很多霜冻的话，建议根部加厚厚的mulch， 枝干用布或者塑料布包起来，
这样过冬比较安全。整个冬天不用上肥料。

卖的树苗上就开很多的花。当年就就结枣子，可是很多都掉了，没坐住。然后在班上看
到有人说种LI了之后异花授粉sugar cane的枣子也结得大，结得多，所以我又去买了LI

啥专业技能都没有，只知道push人干活。如果说push得当，能让project稳步且快速前
进，也就罢了，虽说让被push的人不爽，至少从公司的角度看，也算是贡献。
可事实往往是，这些人只知道组织频繁的会议，让你给汇报进展，很多实际的问题，需
要专业知识才能理解的，你跟他们说了他们又不懂，只会raise an issue在某些系统，
或者excel表格里，随后每次会议都把这个list拿出来，问问哪些解决了，哪些没有，
哪些新问题出现了，却根本不懂其中有些本质上是同一问题的重复，有些有关联性得一
起解决，有些有依赖性，得按次序解决。跟他们讲也没用。
很多时候你正忙得焦头烂额，他们却跑来push，纯粹是帮倒忙。
实在不明白要这些人干嘛？如果一个project只涉及一个部门或一个小组，那就由这个
部门或小组的头来manage这个project就行了。如果是跨部门的，那就从所有相关的人
