2. for every different reason, there is a different way to calm it. what
works for others may make it worse for you.
3. the most important thing is keep healthy. canker sores break out when a

有关，每个人具体情况不一样。 口腔溃疡(canker sores)和cold sores不一样，不具
有传染性。 cold sores我具体不清楚，很多就是嘴角那种。 canker sores是口腔内部
，包括舌头上。 一般口腔溃疡10-15天就可以痊愈，如果长时间不愈，就要考虑是其他
问题了， 比如什么乳头病毒或者什么疣之类的。
如果得了怎么办呢？
1， 淡的温的盐水漱口
2， 明矾覆盖伤处
3， 双氧水，一般买的是3%，口腔使用至少要稀释一般。 另外常用双氧水，容易口腔
内的其他菌群
4， 酸奶， 要那种plain的， 对我很管用的说
5， mouth washer：推荐uitimate essential mouthcare或者listerine
6， colgate orabase， 推荐paste， 不要买gel那种的
7，canker-rid
8， VB12， 液体的，含在口内，然后吞咽， 建议每天补充符合维生素B
9， 锌，这个对我很管用，但长期服用Zn容易造成Fe缺乏

时就有，但是可能症状比较轻， 没有治疗。最近几年变得bothersome，基本上每一两
分钟都会咳嗽一下。看过几个家庭医生，一个ENT，都是按照某种可能性（比如过敏，
Post-nasal drip）开药试一下，不行再换一种；其中一个庸医发现我TB阳性，就不管
咳嗽开始治TB阳性了（我的理解是阳性可能是小时候种过卡介苗的原因,一但测出阳性
就总是永远阳性不用再测了，以前上学和绿卡都测试并治疗过）。
你的症状1,2,3和我完完全全一样。干咳没有痰，睡觉和跑步时绝对不会咳嗽。第4点可
能也有，我偶尔也会感觉到喉咙突然很痒，但是不觉得和身体姿势有关。还有一个重要
的症状是我有很严重的canker sore，嘴唇很容易破点皮就发展成一个很大的溃疡，一
般都要几个星期才好。这种情况一年会有好几次。如果连续几天晚上熬夜的话出现
canker sore的可能性很大。还有一个症状就是早上起来嘴里总是有点苦涩的味道，但
是没有泛酸和烧心的感觉。

prescribe you some tetracyclin. Otherwise, get some NSAIDs pain killers such

sure they look the same. There are multiple topical treatments for canker
sore at CVS to alleviate the symptoms. Even if you do nothing, it usually

差的时候会发生。和中医里的上火有点相似。

药， 到CVS, Welgreen， WalMart之类的哪都有卖的。种类很过， 可以问问店小二，

我的经验是，保持口腔卫生，注意休息和压力。病痛和感冒病毒似地，一般防不胜防。
不防也无妨。反正1-2星期一定好。
要是痛苦难耐，可以去cvs 卖牙膏的地方买止痛药。oral base, canker cover什么的
治疗canker sore。我个人喜欢用强效的止痛药，一般oral base 药效都不够强。 |
