打，常常打得头破血流。有多种教学片供参考。俄罗斯SYSTEMA也有短棍教学，也有类
似短棍的工兵铲训练。甩棍有美国JIM GROVER的教学。另外中国、日本、俄罗斯和西方
也有手杖(CANE, WALKING STICK)教学。日本的如合气道中的杖法(JO)，西方Steve
deMasco的手杖（源自少林）和法国的LA CANNE(棍术不专指拐杖）。

镇小村。我们这次的行程是以伦敦巴黎为据点向外拓射，英伦以伦敦为中心环
游剑桥，诺丁汉，牛津，巴斯，等地；欧洲大陆从巴黎开始，历经法国的安那西（Annecy)，香慕尼（Chamonix)，St Flour， Avignon， Arles， 瑞

Note - Petrified forest NP, 里面是几乎遍地都是crystals, 公园里的最大损失是平
均一个月１吨的crystals被游客给拿走。请大家不要做这样的游客。
到此，开了近１２００迈。我的neck,back和hand已经疼的不行（有些旧伤），从此换
老公开。
建议大家从北进 （Painted Desert Visitor Center)，南出 (Rainbow Forest Museum
). 这样你会appreciate petrified forest fosile a lot more. :)
我们自然是在所有的stops都停了，也走了trail. Painted Desert,很美，尤其是有雪
的样子。不过，我们俩都认为John Day的Painted Hills更好看。(FYI, John Day NM
is in Central Oregon).
路上也有几个印第安人的遗址。这的印第安人自然是取天用天了：petrified wood
fosile和clay.

the problem is no one likes to play u 15 days before a tournament,
he has solid fundamentals, but too 1 dimensional, as long as you can
control the ball well, he will have troubles, but i do see he could
beat guys in 1800s, 1900s if his opponent cann't control well. |

Bruce Lie, David Chu, Joe Ting etc. all 1900-2000 level.
the higher level u are, the more difficult you can find the same
level.
i don't mind practising guys 500-600 level than me as long as
you can practise shots consistently.
but a lot of guys are not fit enough to pratcise with me, like
they couldn't handle 15 min multiple ball trainings, or they
cann't handle the boreness of multiball trainings.

Spa doesn't help. In my personal opinion, spa after a workout could be
dangerous because your body temperature is low after swimming but the water
temperature in spa is way too high. |

that's why many of them cann't get into real games.
I played many guys who played 10-20 more years than me but without
improvement of their serve and thus were eaisly beaten by me in the game,
although I just played 5 years tennis starting 0.
Without strong and accurate serve, you can hit the ball pretty well in the
practice, but you can never ever win the game.
That's my experience. |

player is a >4.5+~5.0, I never feel problem to resist strong stroke with
heavy one, on the contrary, many guys with >12 aunce heavy one couldn't
resist my serve and stroke.
I also believe, even I use 12 aunce one, I cann't resist pro's stroke even he use a light one playing to me.
all depends on individual's physical condition and power u generated during
stroke and serve, although I know for most ppl, heavy one give mo |

奔什么发球的段子让俺看了好笑，还损俺呢，就这水平还不如我38岁那年拿
着小一号的儿童拍练了3个月的水平。更别说想跟俺现在过招了。那是找抽啊，真要
打，这个费家的废物，在俺手里油条烧饼3小时直到把你打趴那里吃不动为止。

another issue bothered me now, recently I got low back problem which also
affect my right leg, so I cann't use more abdominal and back bent power.

more flat serve, easily touch back wall/fence. But since 3 yr ago, I chaged
to more slice and focus more on accuracy and consistency, I now cann't serve
to touch back fence but accuracy and consistency very high comparing to
previous one.
Now, I am focusing on bigger and bigger slice wider serve in FH, trying to
touch 1/2 side line site and BH consistent within 1 foot at T corner.

No ANY empire or line referee can guarantee 100% right call.
Such man-made mistake is part of the whole game, if a top player cann't
understand or hold his/her mental stability, he/she is not real strong one--
physical and mental, both are the prerequisition for a top player.

I cann't say I know "各地"的评级标准, at least I have 100% confidence to
say, I did experience 评级标准 and 身边人为标杆 more than u did, my coach
was pro, coach's coach/boss was twice national champs, they rank me solid 4.
0, marginal to 4.5--although I don't want take it at all, my training
partner are 5.0 and 5.5, even though, I watched FP's naked ben, I still don'

slice is the most common or reasonable tech for this level......
Key is: practice more power forehand shot with two corners to let opponent
has less chance to lob easily, although u cann't do one stroke one kill. |

very strong, all-around tech/skills.......
if only one or two skill/tech good, no way to be a good double player or
partner unless holding a big thicker-leg partner.
for single, u might win or just hold game there by only using two good skill
/tech
like strong baseline stroke/topsin, flat slice, plus fast run like FD.......
but no way to be a good double partner........
