这个是美国饮食行业最出名的urbanspoon评出来的，应该比某个人评出来要公正些。
想想就知道，就算每顿在外边吃，单个人一年也最多吃5，600家饭店，这里面选出100
家，再加上个人的口味，见识限制，这个某人评的top100有多大含金量。

据美国《纽约时报》网站8月25日报道，切片黄瓜表面光滑、不易入味，调料加在上面
往往会滑落。拍黄瓜则不然：它不规则的棱角和粗糙的表面极易吸收调料，几秒钟的工
夫就能入味。
报道称，拍黄瓜是亚洲很多地方的标准做法，今年夏天，它也成为纽约的一股潮流。
“只不过是采用不同的方法处理食材，就能彻底改变它的口感和味道，这真的很酷，”
下东区Mission Chinese Food餐厅的大厨丹尼·博温(Danny Bowien)说。
报道称，拍黄瓜的做法是这样的：用一只手把刀平放在黄瓜上，把黄瓜放在刀面最宽处
的下方。用另一只手的掌根往刀面上猛拍，和拍蒜以去除蒜皮的做法一样（也可以像日

you can try Coyote Cafe if you want to have luch in Santa Fe. Having luch at
Coyote's Rooftop Cantina is really nice because you can see beatiful view and
enjoy tasty food. The food is good and the price is reasonable even the
restraunt is in downtown(plaza) area. Remember do not have dinner at
resturants in downtown area, unless it's paid by your wife's employer. It
could be very expensive.

第一次去要点 beef fajitas, 记住 j 发 h 音。很像中国的铁板烧牛肉，热乎乎的连
铁板端上来，配上佐料，用面饼tortilla 卷上吃。当初来houston面试，晚饭公司老板
带着去吃，味道真不错。全家搬过来，带着老婆去吃，说了半天跑堂的没听懂，原来每
年对，后来比划了半天才搞明白。每次有朋友从外州过来，除了中餐，必去Papasitos
。

我们预订的旅馆 – Alto Andino Hotel – 距离城市的主路有几个街区，小而精致。
旅馆的前台小姐英文的语调很怪，但是非常热情。因为时间还早，我们把行李放在旅馆
大厅，回到市中心开始逛街。乌斯怀亚是火地岛的首府，是世界上最南端的城市。和地
理位置相近的Punta Arenas相比，乌斯怀亚要小很多。它的主要作用是旅行者探索南极
大陆和火地岛的出发点。
乌斯怀亚主要的大街只有一条。在这条路的一头，有一家中国餐馆 – 彩虹餐厅。餐馆
的老板娘亲自从布宜诺斯艾利斯下来管理这家餐厅。餐馆的午餐自助餐和阿根廷传统的
烤肉都很不错。不过我们按照网友的建议，点的是西红柿汤面。伙计端上来满满一大海
碗。我们一个星期没吃中餐，在这天涯海角的世界最南端的城市，吃上一碗热汤面，那
