would love to see him back, but for a decent salary. he isn't going to be
cheap. his replacement Jerol Wothy was injured last year, and wont be ready

2013 NFL 新年伊始，市场很热闹，trade 和 FA 都有不少大牌移动，好象是近
几年最热火的。
当然，有些队声音很大，也有些队默默等待。
列了个单子，看看这几个有大动作的球队的“知名”人员变化。
很明显，有些队的纸面实力大增。不过，现在的一切只是看上去很美，真正的评估
要到一年以后。那时不妨回顾一下这个名单，看看是否印证了那句：“纸上得来终
觉浅”。

Steven Jackson, or Greg Jennings, or Chris Canty, or some other impact
players from the free agency, but we paid 8.25M for Finley. He's got to step
up in 2013. MM said he is going to simplify Finley's role, and will let him
do only the things he does the best.
This type of high bonus is usually supposed to trigger a cut or long term
extension. But the Packers did neither. So they either have 8M$ faith in him

Chase Blackburn? Jon Beason is better.
Chris Canty? The entire inteior DL is better with Jenkins and Patterson.
Who else?
They did not adequately replace aging players, most noticeably the entire
inteior OL of Baas, Snee and Diel. But that's not "把人马拆的七零八落" at
all. |

他最大的失误，而且是失误连连，就是球员的续约问题。
比如Flacco，上赛季之前双方谈得差不多了，6年的合同，平均17M/y，但是Ozzie非要
把其中的1M改成incentive，以passing yard做标准。Flacco不同意，结果崩了。后果
是20.1M/y。20M/y本身没有问题，因为事已至此没有选择，乌鸦不给自有别的球队给。
当然事后诸葛亮可以说如果事先续约Flacco,可能就没有之后的superbowl了
再比如说Ray Rice的合同。之前我提到了Rice的合同碰都不能碰，因为合同做得太差了。
对于每一个GM来说，RB合同的精髓就是压低guaranteed money，增加3年之后的操作空
间。因为大家都知道RB的水平是一年一个样，三年大变样。所以合同的总长度还有总额
，尤其是最后几年的非保障工资都是假的。球队什么时候可以摆脱这个合同是唯一重要
的因素。保障性工资比例越高，裁员造成的dead money就越多。

作为拍饭，我对哈包的不满主要还是来自他的队员。这事一出来，从lewis 到 canty
都发表了强烈个人意见。很难想象哈宝不告诉自己的队员不要对这个发表评论。所以，
我认为这个是他默许的，最少没有干涉。这个输赢不是主要原因。同样的竞争对手，扣
子的队员们就都很客气，野马和海鸟的队员们也都什么没说。象richard sherman 这种
大嘴巴，我相信PC 肯定告诉他不要评论。也许乌鸦刚 lost close game, still can't
get over. 其实NFL是个fraternity, 队员教练场下大多是朋友。人家倒霉时落井下石
不是正人君子所为。媒体怎么说无所谓，运动员最好不要瞎掺和。
