本人猥琐女一只，生活动荡，每年搬家数次，需要大点的车，又不想太费油。
皮卡看了一眼就放弃了，决定买SUV，能拖uhual最小的cargo trailer（4000lbs max）
就行。
另外想3,4年之年生娃，现在的车太小，前面做个略大点块头感觉后面就放不下carseat
了，所以换大点车，并且希望它能像社会主一样100年不变。。。
目前看好3个，liberty和terrain在承受范围之内，Q5有点吃力但是省油一些。

the typical number published is that the battery capacity will reduce by ~15
-30% after 8-years, which is ok.
most plug-in hybrid makers allocate a part of the battery capacity for
extended lifetime. For example, volt has a 16kWh battery, but only 10kWh is
chargeable; MB B-class electric drive has a 36kWh battery, but it only
allows you to charge up to 28kWh (the rest will be used in the later years,
you can use it upfront if you buy the "extended charge" package).

The factory currently produces 300,000 vehicles per year.
Fall 2016 the factory will have capacity to produce 500,000 vehicles per

公司环境是典型的硅谷IT公司，有吃有喝有玩，老中不少，founder是一个华人，后来
为上市，管理层被投资方大换血，从大公司拉过来很多高层，两个月前又被追加了五千
万的 pre-IPO funding。
公司的招聘的culture很social，70%以上都是朋友推荐，前同事，前老板，走猎头的很
少。今年进了很多人，但DBA还是很一次招。
