hard wood floor，我同事说capeting可能会潮到了夏天，他们有的用engineering

发帖数: 834 | 4 结果是把Gap Insurance和Exterened Warranty都cancel了。
第一，关于这个warranty，是Platiunm Coverage，但不是VW自己的，是United Car
Care这个公司的。Cover的到是不错。给出了如下的list不cover，其它都cover：
Adjustment, Battery cables,
Belts and hoses, Tune-up items/Plug wires,
Break pads and shoes,
Glass, Paint, Capet, Upholstery，
其它都cover，包括：
24-HourRoadside Care，
Rental Car Reimbursement,
Towing for covered Repairs,
Trip Interruption Coverage
但是有一个插曲，让我决定cancel这个Extened warranty了，刚去的时候，给我做
paper work的那个人不在，就临时叫来另外一个人，他直接到他们的系统里把我的

23547，我在芝加哥附近，不知道这个价格还能砍多少。
另外我的option只有PD，不是我自己加的，是DEALER说这个价格带PD，版上好多人还有
CAPET等，如果另外加是在价格谈好了之后再要求吗？现在真是迷迷糊糊的，别被骗惨了

必须要我找公司清洁地毯 with steam cleaning. 还要收据.如果让他们做,charge $75
.不知道美国有什么做清洁的company可以找来做一下清洁地毯的工作,可以便宜一点的
？实在找不到只好付real estate company $75让他们做了．谢谢． |

我觉得找real estate company租房子很不划算啊，条条框框很多，提前搬走还要
penalty fee,原来搬进来的时候都没有说清楚．
要搬走还要黑人家一笔清洁费． |

hair and fabric from capet in the roomba's wheel. after i clean up that and
nearly area thoroughly, it starts to work pretty well. |

发帖数: 72 | 15 房子Pending了，马上就要卖到了，是个fixer up，准备自己搞然后出租。
这是两层的房子，上面一次全是carpet，下面一层直接在水泥板上面，从garage就来就
是一个hallway，hallway的一头是卧室，另外一头是family room，中间有个卫生间，
洗衣房，还有个楼梯到二楼。
楼梯上的地毯被拆掉了，我打算楼梯上安装和楼上一样的地毯
卧室和family room是地毯（这个地毯和楼上的地毯不一样），打算保留
卫生间是Ceramic tile，保留
洗衣房是vinyle地面，hallway以前不知道是什么flooring，被拆掉了，露出水泥地面
。我准备把这两各地方要重新铺地面。
现在的问题是，我该选用什么地面呢？
因为有好多种地面，用vinyl的话觉得变化太多。 tile的话费钱费时。capet的话不知
道该装和楼上一样的地毯还是和了楼下两头房间一样的地毯？

我昨天才滑雪回来。一家四口都是第一次。去了两天，LP可以上蓝道（不自如）。我只
能上绿道。老大不到10岁，第一天下午就和其他小朋友上蓝道了。第二天基本就在蓝道
泡了。没敢让她上黑道，一个比他大两岁的女孩卡在黑道上，被工作人员救下来了。
老二刚六岁。不想去免费的滑雪学校（1个小时）。就自己试。大概在capet 场地滑了3
-4次就自己玩了。同去的另一个小姑娘才不到5岁，和她滑得一样好。
同去的第一次滑雪的，两天后都可以上蓝道（除了我比较笨，仅仅上绿道）。觉得滑雪
入门比较容易，越小越容易学。能上黑道在我眼里就是牛。难道要把儿子王专业方向引
导？
这是女儿在训练场1-2个小时后的表现 |

In order to get the
money back, you may want to try a small claim to the court. Or you want to
hire a lawyer and have the lawyer to request their tax return for
depreciation. |

apartment经常1-2年就换房客，turnover rate高也应该会加速地毯的depreciation吧。
顾律师太贵了，我搞不好得自己去small claims court了。
