It appears you have to go to a branch to do this, but it is not totally clea
r whether they would set up an account over the phone. And it also does not
indicate anywhere I can find when the offer expires.

看起来不错的卡，有bonus, 2% reward, redeem for travel expense。 只要你一年之

2012年的收获真是羡慕啊，所以我也开始想申卡。在板上学习了一下，（读了差不多4-
500页）看到大部分都是建议都是先申discover、citi或boa交保证金的那种，也有个别
提到capital one的；我就试着申了discover的，悲剧了，说是没有信用历史，然后试
了c1，秒过了，给了300的cl，虽然少，但是就超市买买菜用还是差不多了。我也不需
要买房买车，就想着累计个一年多再申好点的里程卡可以节省点回家的机票钱。
我现在的疑惑是这个capital one 到底有多烂？以至于大家提都不愿意提它，在用的过
程中有啥忌讳？被盗的几率高吗？（听说他家的客服很糟糕，怕被盗后很难argue）

他家的2miles也不是一般意义的miles。
使用起来是这样的： 比如你的机票是300刀，你可以用Capital One的30，000 mile点
值来购买。要得到30，000 mile点值，你的卡要消费1500刀。基本上就是2%的返点。
我有Chase Freedom啊，只有1%的返点。 |

hasn't got the $50 Checking account open bonus. I just called Capital One
360, and was told that they don't have the checking promotion.
Then I asked whether I'll get the saving account opening bonus, and was told
that the promotion started beginning of July. Since my saving account
opened on 06/15/2015, I'm not eligible for the bonus.
Does anyone have the screen shots of these two bonus?
