请了两个侦探，互相独立的，no correlation, 对是不是S投毒的问题做一个yes or no
的回答。
侦探A的准确率是 70%，
侦探B的准确率是 80%，
他们独立调查后都说是S投毒，

CAPITAL ONE 虽然在06年以后通过收购兼并进军了BANKING,但是现在的主要业务还是信
用卡，主要的CAMPUS仍在RICHMOND,主要在离城10麦左右的郊区WEST CREEK。
RICHMOND的概括了大部分US CARD,SMALL BUSINESS， MIDDLE MARKET,和UP MARKET。
总部在MCLEAN哪里，并有一部分US CARD. 两个CAMPUS距离100麦左右，之间天天都有
SHUTTLE,SHUTTLE有免费上网。
在RICHMOND哪里职位主要是DA和BA。

因素。但别忘了，美国以前也歧视黑人和犹太人。
本来中国有文化的移民美国只是从1980年后开始，早期很少，要么是台湾的，因为政治
因素，也搞不在一起。
可以这么说，犹太人大规模移民是190x年，大陆是从1980年，差了80年，犹太人1950年
代还在被歧视，很多大学都歧视，包括ivy，这个离190x年，已经4,50年了。一直到
1960年，犹太人才开始在政治上冒起，Yale是1966年最后取消限额的。所以犹太人花了

华人从1980年，如果也花50年，要到2030年才可以打破限制，这个应该算快的，毕竟华
