人民币清算中心在多伦多落户，其中一个最受惠的将是加拿大石油及天然气行业。
加拿大石油生产商协会(CAPP)负责油砂及市场的副主席史汀哈姆(Greg Stringham)指出
，人民币清算中心的设立，把加拿大提升到美国同一水平，原因是目前加国能源出口都
是透过美元清算。
一般认为在人民币清算下，加拿大公司与中国交易时，可直接使用人民弊交易，除了免
除使用美元的汇率损失外，更大的消除外汇市场的风险。
对加国能源公司来说，现在出口石油，也可以除了美元外，也多了另一种货币结算。
卡尔加里大学Haskayne商学院教授舒尔茨(Bob Schulz)指出，由于美国与石油输出国组
织(OPEC)于上世纪70年代签署协议，OPEC成员国使用美元结算，可以获得美国在外汇上
的保护，自此全球的石油交易均以美元报价及交易。

这个价格没有提到交付地点，考虑的煤炭运输成本，应该是指出厂价。 我们再来看看
国内的价格11月份“内蒙古主产地动力煤坑口平均结算价格为１２７．４２元／吨”。
能否告诉我中国自产的煤炭哪里成本比美国高了？
何况发改委早就实行电煤价格联动的定价市场化改革，煤炭价格现在已经是市场定价了。 |

因为毕竟你坐在强牌后面。这本身就能便宜一些。而且说到大牌集中的坏处，
对双方都是一样的，敌人的大牌也是集中在一手。
而且同伴拿长套畸形弱牌也可以叫2阶拉出来。
第二副一般总是pass。 |

more than what is defined by precision (the normal 1H/S-2H/S hands).
2. In terms of giving opps more room, it is not a fatal drawback to me:
