shiny. They even failed magnetic test which weas how the victim found out.
However the key to this scam is the nice custom capsules. Plain bullion bars
usually don't come with custom fit capsules. Coming with capsules make them
look nicer. So naive people might be impressed and let down guard. If the
buyer doesn't open up the capsules, then the chance to find out counterfeit

娃5个月，每天坚持泵奶，娃吃不清，冻起来了很多。
5月份开始联系national milk bank捐奶，initial screening，抽血，并有我的
primary physician和ped签字之后，ship过来了两个空的cooler。
结果装满了还没装完。估计要再一个cooler才能把打算捐的全捐掉了。
两张照片，一张是装好的两个cooler，另一张是还在冰箱里剩下来要捐的。
顺便谈一下催奶的感想：
1. 下奶晚的，还有一开始下奶少的，千万别着急。一定要抱着我一定能产奶，并且足
够娃吃的信念，并且家人也要be supportive，能鼓励你。下奶之前吃的清淡点，多按
摩。多热敷。推荐一个热敷的pad，泵奶之前敷一会再泵：

恩，同样的问题。我也刚从uniflora买了。postcard大小的一张中英文说明卡片，没有
服用剂量（其实有，但是给liquid）我email了他们（连个客服电话也没有），总算给
我email了一张PDF，上面有capsule的剂量，如下，
Adults: 1 capsule, till 2 times a day.
Children up to 12 years: 1 capsule, 1 times a day. （居然有低级语法错误！）

The product should be ingested rather in fast.
这英文。。。是因为巴西人英文不好么？
对蜂胶很动心，以前在国内用过一段时间（外用），皮肤变得滑嫩无比，但是后来没有

It is a good deal, but probably I would not go crazy on this. The DHA and

出发前做好pre-ride stretch， rest stop 是也要stretch.然后身上带点hammer
endurolytes，可以prevent cramps.
1-3 capsules 30-60 minutes prior to exercise
1-6 capsules each hour during exercise
1-3 capsules after exercise
这个基本上是flat century. 你不会有问题的。如果是第一个century. 之前还是最好
先完成一个metric century. 一是训练耐力，二是让屁屁build 起在车座上坐7~8个小

还有，你们动不动就甩出，最烦林，讨厌kimi，别参加下一季了，别在微博卖广告了
试问你们的孩子在镜头前有kimi这么大方吗，你小孩你觉得真的教育得出色，说不准育
儿还比不上林一半
而且换了哪位家长在镜头前，不得好好表现吗

没必要对一小孩苛刻指责，每个人的成长经历不一样。kimi受过的委屈，和父亲的分离
，也不是每天在家有父母守着的孩子能理解的。
在抨击别人家的孩子前，还是好好带自己家的娃或者思考一下自己将来的育儿经吧，说
不准你的邻居或者同事不仅不喜欢你的小孩，而且也挺讨厌你的。

I don't understand is how did the fluid get into the capsule. Is the
