re-capture 当然指的是用拿回以前浪费的名额。如果2011年我们中国EB总共本来就能
拿7%，其中ＥＢ１Ｃ拿１％，eb2c那３%,eb3C拿３％，判决结果导致ＥＢ２Ｃ拿２％，
ＥＢ３Ｃ拿４％，那根本就不是re-capture,而是在中国本身限额内挖肉补疮，不符合
基本的sense，也根本不符合re-capture的定义。
２７号的庭辩我去了。法官一直在问re-capture是否有法理依据，以及可行性。USCIS
在争论说re-capture是不可行的，因为以前没用完的visa number已经被记入下一年了
。从我的感觉，法官想要找出一条可行的re-capture路来，没有看出法官会不知道上面
的基本sense, 拿着中国本身限额内挖东墙补西墙的意思。法官首先考虑的是公平原则.
如果法官做出判决，我觉得他会指出具体re-capture什么时候的名额，要求USCIS执行。
我就在西雅图。以后的开庭，没有什么特殊情况，我都会抽出时间去参加。如果法官有
任何挖东墙补西墙的倾向，我也会立刻和律师协商，提出反驳。

photographs aren’t good enough, you’re not close enough.” He was talking
about getting in amongst the action. If you feel like your images aren’t ‘
popping’, take a step or two closer to your subject. Fill the frame with
your subject and see how much better your photo will look without so much
wasted space. The closer you are to the subject, the better you can see
their facial expressions too.

order date. Must have nookitis. I chose the Kindle-DX mainly because of the
screen size, native PDF support, and I was accustomed to the Kindle user
interface with my Kindle 1st generation. Plus the KDX is already available
on the market. I really liked the K-1 but wanted more functionality and a
few of its nuisances addressed.
