6个月内,减重不要超过原体重10%。 6个月后,应该坚持几个月平台期,再考虑
新的减重计划。否则伤身体啊。:)
也就是说,对于大多数女生,半年内不能减肥超过10磅。俺没理解错吧。
再加上几个月的坚持平台期。也就是说,1年内,不能考虑减肥超过10磅。
看来俺5磅的目标还是比较现实的。就是不知道啥时候能达到。

I am now 153lb and doing tennis and running, plus some strengh training.
Average 2 hours per day.
I did not starve myself. Instead, I do not feel hungry after intensive execi
se. I sometime have to push myself to eat some more carbohydrate in order to
get better performance in running or other sports that need endurance.
My goal is 140lb by Oct. 10th. + U together ba.

you use. fat people even have higher metabolism rate.
2. eat more PROTEIN, such as egg, skinless chicken, beans, toufu. eat less

My view of the weight loss thing is:
Keep your biologically ballanced weight and keep an active life style. There
should not be a fixed number as your PERFECT weight. But there might be a
range which gives you the best result in terms of health and physical
strength. A better look is only secondary or a by-product.

1。Atkin's Phase 1最关键的步骤也就是每日net carb摄入不超过20g,引发身体消耗
