发帖数: 589 | 1 卡波姆（Carbomer） 它是丙烯酸与烷基蔗糖交联而成的一族丙烯酸聚合物。它们易溶于
水，形成酸性胶体，在pH值为6～10时，卡波姆凝胶粘度最大。加入无机或有机碱如三乙
醇胺，可中和成透明且稠厚的凝胶，是无毒、无刺激性且与皮肤有良好的耦合性的基质。
它们可分为低、中、高多种粘度的不同型号，我国已有药用标准，可作为片剂的粘合剂和
软膏、霜剂的增稠剂及其它药物制剂的赋形剂。使用时应注意，粘度型号后标有“P”字
的可作为内服制剂辅料应用。
利用卡波姆溶液在pH值为6～12时可胶凝成稳定的水凝胶的特性，选其为主要基质，
用于半固体制剂制备，取得满意效果。其具有释药快、无油腻性、易涂展、对皮肤及粘膜
无刺激性、能与水溶液混合并能吸收组织渗出液、有利于分泌物排出等特点，特别适合于
治疗疗脂溢性皮肤病。如甲氨蝶吟凝胶剂用于治疗银屑病、类风湿性关节炎取得了良好的
治疗效果，还有卡波姆基质硫磺软膏也可显著提高硫磺的治疗作用。
由于卡波姆为质轻、吸湿性强的粉未，在乙醇中溶胀后具有较强的延展性和与皮肤良
好的耦合性，而可成为优质的涂膜剂成膜材料。如可制成水杨酸、酮康唑、地塞米松涂膜

透明的胶质，没有气味，用起来感觉还不错。不知道是不是安全，或者有没有效。

Grignard reagent also undergo coupling since it is Ni catalyst. So, sp2, sp3
(don't know sp) C-MgX should work in the coupling, you need search
literature. I ever used MeMgBr and aryl-OTf in this reaction, but don't much
in your substrate. |
