天刚带老爸去过，人家说CareLink需要能证明我爸是Cook County Resident的证明。可
是我根本拿不出这个证明【such as Rental Agreement,Car registration and
utility bills which include electricity,gas and water, telephone bills don't
quality】，所以也办不下来财政补助（Finanical Assistance）。有了这个补助，$
200的门诊费就不用交了，$4/prescription，忘记问检查的费用需不需要自己交了。
问题1：我能把（电费）账单转到老爸名下吗？这样他就有居住证明了。
问题2：还有什么其他办法能让老爸看上病，在我一个穷学生可以负担的范围？

resident。除非他们签证过期后逾期不归。 |

apply for carelink. it is good for one year once approved. you can make
appointment with any doctor. |
