想到几年前田纳西大学一堆白人学生情侣被5个黑鬼carjack然后性虐待至死，由于施
虐者是黑鬼，自由民主的美国主流媒体全体噤声：
男人被鸡奸，割小jj,放火焚尸；女人被性虐，活着的时候割乳房，然后强迫她吃掉

前几星期和SJPD开警民联防会，去了250多口子。总结下来是budget cut，PD缺人，CA
监狱木有钱又放了N万罪犯出来。

property 。举 carjacking 的例子，如果有受害人在车上，就是前者，如果受害人下
了车，就算后者。如果嫌犯企图用车撞人，那是 attack with deadly weapon ，受害
人开枪就是自卫，理由很充分。
不熟 WA 的自卫法，但车主从车后开枪，打中嫌犯后脑，的确很麻烦。唯一可能的正当
开枪理由就是嫌犯要倒车撞他。 |
