Sampras 和 Blake 是传统打法，对付不了现代网球的强球。Federer 和Gasquet有一部
分像 Guga 但是做得不充分。
千万不要直臂打单反，那样既无 power, error margain 又很小。
Revolutionary Tennis 的 instruction 和上面的 video 都很有参考价值：

只要掌握方法单反打高球低球都不应该是问题，对跑动要求应该比双反低。
对于快球可以打打单反open stance，也可以 参考Federer serve return 时空中换腿：
