感情500多页的大书就讲了一个计算MAF的公式……
不过我觉得书里没太讲具体训练问题，而且感觉Dr. Maffetone作为医生，最关心的是
健康，至于比赛成绩什么的都是次要的。
要批判大书的可以读一下人家的总结，缺点说的很到位：
* The 180 formula does NOT take into account individual variations in heart
rate stroke volume or muscle physiology for different sports. Maffetone does
not consider maximum heart rate nor resting heart rate to be significant.

吴宝珠表示他本人写论文不求数量，以及他偏好教学任务轻的工作职位，大概从他本人
的角度出发，都是大实话。不过也只有出类拔萃的研究人员，才能有他这样的做选择的
机会。大多数研究人员，还是不得不做很多“俗务”。
对于真正的天才人物，如果想做出大成果，恐怕教书，写一般的论文，指导学生，审稿
这类日常工作，都是妨碍他们的进度的。毕竟“俗务”要占用很多时间精力。热衷教学
和写作等活动的数学家Paul Halmos 曾提到，虽然他日常的大部分工作都和数学有关，
例如做数学教学，但每周做全神贯注的数学思考—或许可以理解为做原创性研究—的时
间只有约20小时。Halmos自承喜爱教学，且对于在主流研究方向抢进度出成果并不热衷
，因此他对此工作时间尚可接受。而他的朋友Carmichael，则在当研究生院主任时，抱
怨做数学研究的时间不足。吴宝珠如果是从博士阶段起，就严肃地准备证明Langlands
