2013年停止肝癌药物布立尼布（brivanib）全球试验，因为此一一线肝癌药物表现并未
优于同类药品。
布立尼布转而授权给了大陆初创企业“再鼎医药”。总部位于上海的再鼎医药认为布立
尼布在大陆潜力巨大，因为同类药品索拉非尼（sorafenib）每月治疗成本高达7500美
元，并且不在医保范围内。
再鼎医药创办人杜莹表示，公司希望给国内病人一个价格更加合理的药品。像再鼎医药
一样与西方药厂合作开发的还有其他几家。与国外相比，大陆药品能获得监管机构迅速
放行。
华尔街日报评论，但这种新趋势也引发了相关质疑，大陆是否已经成为低端药品的倾销
地。
大陆新药审查快速的原因之一在于，药品在大陆获得监管批准无需证明其优于现有药品

反联邦法律的罪名成立，因为他将300,000页的敏感信息私藏在自己家里。
在对钟东蕃作出判决前，美国联邦法官卡尼(Cormac J. Carney)说，他并不确切知晓钟
东蕃究竟将哪些信息传递给了中国，但他确切知道的是，钟东蕃的行为和他所传递的信
息损害到了美国的国家安全，损害到了波音公司。
卡尼说，钟东蕃与中国政府的合作关系长达30年。
尽管钟东蕃已年逾70，但检察官仍要求对其判处20年监禁，这样做的部分原因是向其他
想当间谍的人发出警告信息。
但卡尼法官说，他无法估量出钟东蕃所窃取信息的价值，也无法断定钟东蕃的违法行为

加拿大央行11月12日消息，加拿大央行(Bank of Canada)副行长隆沃思(David Longworth)将在2010年3月31日退休。
隆沃思于1974年任职该行，并于2003年被任命为副行长，主要担负金融系统与金融市场相关职责。在任职期间，他与该行所有商业部门通力合作，并参与制定了加拿大通胀目标框架。

央行对经济持乐观态度
央行行长坎尼表示，从现在的经济情况来看，本国的通货膨胀率可能在2011年后半年之前都不会达到央行的期望值2%，所以这给央行信守将低利率保持至明年6月的承诺创造了条件。行长还指出，过早地提高利率会令加元更加强势，这可能阻碍本国的经济复苏。
坎尼还表示，自央行前一次（10月）公布了经济展望报告之后，自己看到了更多的全球经济复苏的迹象。目前，本国经济正“按着预期”复苏，内需的增加也令经济增长不再单纯倚靠出口。
