我到去年年底为止每天都吃L-carnitine的，上周又开始买了，昨天开始吃
我一直在想以前我没有刻意运动就那么瘦是不是吃这个的原因啊
06年上半年我是现在这个体重，年中开始吃L-carnitine，到年底就瘦了很多，然后一
直吃着，去年年底把在日本买的L-carnitine全吃光了，没继续吃，所以又胖回来了？

我查了一下，好像这个是主要是build muscle的，感觉像是练健身的人才吃的，

知道有没有效果。总之是减了10磅吧，当然有运动和控制饮食。只当它有效好了。打算
再继续吃一段时间。并想加大剂量到两粒，看看有没有效果。实在是平台太长时间了。

，得运动才能消耗掉。减肥版有人推荐这东东。我查了一下，运动员普遍在服用这药，
意大利队因此拿了世界杯冠军。
这L-CARITINE因为食物里例如牛肉里有这东东，应该还没被列为兴奋剂。但是EPO，人
身体里也是有的,就已经被列为兴奋剂了。估计欧美运动员最近狂吃这东东了，奥运会
上大显神威的诸位牛牛，估计都吃了这玩意。
估计等到中国运动员也开始大量吃这玩意，就会被列为兴奋剂了。 |

步， 跑步的速度时间都加大了10%， 总体就是增加20%。
但有个问题， 我去年吃了2周后（不是天天吃，就是运动前吃）， 觉得有忽然走神的
情况。停了以后就没有了。 今年3-4月， 吃了4-5次， 又出现了。
不知道有没有人有类似状况。
我上个月吃的HCG里也有左旋， 但是Acetyl-L-Carnitine， 却没有任何反应。 也可能
