中国人赋予圣诞节的使命可能就是——互送礼物吧，又有一个借口向男盆友/女盆友要
礼物了。
但是我觉得对于圣诞节来说，大家也不会送太贵重的礼物，女生送送包包、口红什么的
，男生可能就是手表、球鞋之类的。
但是当我看到英国富二代收到的圣诞礼物，我觉得我过的不是圣诞节。

中国电磁炮研制方面与欧美西方国家在同一起跑线上，限于技术和人才原因中国电
磁炮研制会稍比慢几年，但近期我国会进行试验性安装测试。在某些技术上将会比美国
电磁炮更精进。
电磁炮，顾名思义不再是利用火药，而不是采用电磁力来发射炮弹。在强大的电流
推动下，电磁炮发射的炮弹比传统火炮速度快得多。炮弹出膛速度达到 7-8倍的音速，
射程有400-500公里。
-
空气阻力会逐渐降低炮弹的速度，但到达目标时仍有5倍的音速。而一般的 zi dan
和炮弹的出膛速度连3倍音速都不到。面对5倍音速的炮弹，钢铁就象豆腐，所以炮弹
里根本不用装炸药，光靠动能就有足够的破坏力。

国大陆子公司唯冠科技（深圳）有限公司(Shenzhen Proview Co., 简称：深圳唯冠)于
2001年在大陆注册了“iPad”商标。之后苹果公司曾与唯冠国际台湾子公司签署“iPad
”商标转让协议。因此，苹果公司向深圳市中级人民法院起诉，要求法院认定深圳唯冠
在大陆注册的“iPad”商标也归其所有。
深圳市中级人民法院网站上刊登的判决书称，苹果公司与唯冠国际台湾子公司达成的商
标转让协议只涉及“iPad”在台湾的商标，深圳唯冠并未参与谈判，也没有授权他人处
分其商标及订立商标转让合同。因此苹果公司的诉讼请求缺乏事实和法律依据，予以驳
回。
深圳唯冠代理律师谢湘辉周三表示，深圳唯冠与苹果公司进行过磋商，希望双方能够通
过和平谈判解决问题。
