本次明星表演赛只比了一场，为自选无限火力模式，双方都选出自己的拿手英雄。
周杰伦文娱队上单UZI选择了剑姬、打野米勒盖伦、中单周杰伦人马、ADC王子文琴女、辅助左雾劫。

Carried Interest之所以会按Capital Gain处理， 是因为技术上，是投资人内部（这
里也包括高级管理层 ）对于盈利的再划分。这样整体上和投资人的总盈利按Capital
Gain处理一致。2%的管理费因为是没有风险的必须付的，不算Capital Gain，再支付给
雇员以后，雇员（如果管理层那这部分钱也一样）按Ordinary Income纳税
以上都是适用于对冲基金。投行的无论工资还是奖金，都是Ordinary Income，因为投
行不是partnership |
