我觉得墨西哥搞成这样应该是政府腐败被cartel收买的结果。 否则很难想象
一个国家暴力会干不过黑帮。 这样的国家暴力只能解释是黑帮的一部分。
如果drug cartel越界收买了美国政府或者警界， 然后美国也被
黑帮控制的话， 那就真的是惨透了。 而drug cartel离美国这么近，
