挺好：，男的在中学做老师，女的在大学做aculty adviser，两小孩，月收入是房租的
7倍，但是有一只5岁的7lb的吉娃娃registered therapy
dog，还没有我家的猫咪大只呢。在考虑是否租给他们。

Certification Program's pending caseload. Our goal for FY 2010 is to reduce
the backlog by 50%. We are on schedule, and we will continue this effort as
part of our larger Departmental commitment to customer service. The dates
posted on iCERT above reflect the month and year in which cases were filed
that are now being adjudicated at the Atlanta National Processing Center.

3. Emailed Senator on 6/15 requesting for assistance
4. Received response from Senator on 6/22 (letter dated 6/17) that they have
forwarded my inquiry to NSC.

9/30 第二次指纹, 10/8 service request, 10/13收到标准答复 "Due to the
pending caseload at the Nebraska Service Center, the processing time of your
I-485 application has been extended.."
LP 还需要做第四次指纹交第三分Police Report 所以现在只绿了一半。因为LP指纹不
清楚两个人09年做了interview, 交了两个城市的Police Report, 现在又要没有住过的
一个附近大城市的Police Report。真是为增加政府就业机会做了不少贡献。

既然律师表示新的eb3-140批准不影响combo cards申请，那我到底为什么要加急？一般
绿卡再快也至少要半年，I140不加急速度也不影响吧。485 RD拿到以后，eb3-140批准
与否，排期怎么变化和485处理时间有什么影响吗?请指教。

息。主要内容如下：
BPCs的Caseload和45-Day Letter
到2005年3月5日为止，BPCs已接收超过180，000个申请案。其中86，000(约48%)已经被输
入BPCs的新系统。而只有40，000(约22%)个申请被发出45-Day Letter。对于这40，000个
申请，劳工部约300个申请撤回，远低于劳工部的估计。
BPCs的审核人员
劳工部还没统计SWAs在2005年接收到的新申请。每一个BPC现时大约有100个contractor
personnel 。劳工部正在投入更多资源来处理data entry, 其目标是在2005年年底完成所
有的数据输入。
BPCs案件处理期限
Atlanta 和Chicago 本身仍有大概10，000个申请须转至BPCs。而New York, Boston, 以
