等啊等，今年1月出的2月VB显示我们的case又要current啦！ 为此我1月还去做了个
Infopass, 接待我的officer还打印了他屏幕上的我的case状态给我看：pre-
adjudicated and pre-decisional 我其实那天多希望他能把当时的面试官找出来，告
诉我去年我们的case最后是不是我猜测的那样啊~~~~! 不过我也只是想想而已。Pre-
decisional的状态，让我也算满意，infopass的officer说你就是已经pre-approved了
，就等visa number啦。
我曾经天真地以为，2月1号的凌晨12点，我可能就会收到case 批准的通知，为此那一
整晚都没睡好。事实证明我真是too simple too naive啊！
case一直没动静，我就又联系了去年5月份联系的那个参议员的caseworker，开始她没
回复我，我也
就这么等着，一直到四月VB出来，又傻眼了。。历史难道又要重演，我又要错过这次
current？？

申请下来了，为什么我们不行，然后caseworker说when，我只能很尴尬的说several
years ago，其实是以前实验室的visitor scholar。我们是wake county的，也是F1-F2
，F1拿RA，18000/year。我觉得不是收入的问题吧。caseworker就说我们不是state
resident所以不能申请，都叫我们补了document of alien status了我们当然不会是
state resident。哪怕有lease agreement和driving licence。
PS:我们一直住在北卡。
至于楼上的回答，我们很感谢，但是要体谅我们完全没想过medicaid会被拒绝，而且我
们不知道这种情况要先把宝宝的保险加到自己family plan里然后再申请medicaid，但
是我们绝对不是为了省钱才不给宝宝买保险的。我们在找private insurance，但是小

礼拜1 不管三七二十一，没打电话预约直接去找她。
结果办公室在High Raise，没有pass, 不让进。打电话，casework不在。等。再打电话
，insist with politeness. 终于casework下来见我，casual chat之后，cool, come
on up and fill this out in my office.
于是上楼，在Senator办公室又fill the form, resubmit 材料！谢谢，离开后到今天
不到48个小时！！
连那个casework自己（看起来有点小gay的感觉，穿得太干净了，头发太光鲜了）都说
，USCIS, you know, is hard to say, we probably will get the same result. But
never hurt to try!!!!!

congressional liasion's office. I doubt any senator will call any CIS center
diretor. However caseworks could be helpful. |

发帖数: 1105 | 22 找了两个议员。第一个办事不力，果断找下一个。第二个议员的caseworker非常熟悉流
程，当场给NSC他们的内线打电话。
和我自己 tier 2的信息基本相符，都是10月中才收到指纹。7月底打的指纹，10月中才
收到。这是什么效率啊？caseworker见怪不怪，跟我们解释说这是正常的。我们打完指
纹后，NSC什么时候需要送出去 background check，就什么时候找local office要指纹
。早送上去也没用。就是所谓的finger print reload。
议员电话比tier 2多的信息就是background check还在进行中，还有一个没做完。没告
知是IBIS还是FBI的某一项。让等30天。
开来NSC，TSC都一样，就是分批送出去background check. 还有就是可能8/1他们内部
就通知1类名额用完，所以就不收指纹处理了。一直等到了10月才从新开始。 |

这个还真不是bug，纸上的指纹不泡水能保留几十年。
Fingerprints on paper, cardboard and unfinished wood can last for up to
forty years (per actual casework histories) unless exposed to water (and
contaminate transfer prints can even then sometimes persist). Fingerprints
on non-porous surfaces such as plastic, metal and glass can last for many
years if not exposed to water and if left undisturbed.

发帖数: 868 | 36 我们也在wake tech, 生下来10天（去年年底)左右去申请的, 中间补了两次材料。第二
次补了以后，当天就批准了。满月的时候拿到卡的。
我们当时也是提交了两种residence的proof, 包括DMV寄过来的车辆注册信息(我驾照地
址没改)和水费账单。其实工资单上也有地址，可以当做一种proof的。我觉得你们既然
是F1-F2,就一点问题都没有，我的RA还比你们家的稍微高一点点。
你们可能申请的时候是哪里沟通出问题了。继续申请吧，换个caseworker,我觉得肯定
可以申请下来的。
p.s mm如果有其他问题可以站短我。我在27606， 说不定咱们很近的哈:)

了。我是relink case，把485 RD算成第一次SR的日子了。看样子NSC说assign to IO后
