get. I vaguely remembered it was forseeable that PP will retreat and I
played over an weekend to get a few tickets into the 2nd step, which turned
out to be ~$6-700 each when they allowed me to cash out. |

只要refinance成1000001，就立马改成750k？
我的理解是cashout refi以后，还可以有limit，但是这个limit不大于之前的
acquisition indebtedness。
也就是如果一开始是900k，再cashout，那也只有900k，但是不是750k
这里主要的问题是“incurred”怎么理解？对于purchase很清楚，对于refi和cashout
refi呢？
没有看到任何地方提到“不能超过原来的”，“不能cashout refi"云云

1.HELOC相当于是给一个随时可以取现的权利,不需要马上取出来,比较灵活，要用钱随
时可以抽钱出来，缺点是利率浮动，且HELOC银行随时可以suspend HELOC（比如房市不

2. 普通Cashout则是马上拿到10万，本金利息马上开始还。如果说你cashout目的明确

checks, checks, etc. FTP was able to "digest" some extra costs by their
large volume and customer base. but other smaller sites like doyles room,
always charge $30 or so for cashouts, which i think is closer to the "real"
cost to have 3rd party processors (normally overseas) handle such things.
but now, FTP has to convert a lot of these cashouts to wire or other costly

的 cashout 是数一数二的。坑爹的 Bovada 不让纽约州注册，ACR 成为不二的选择。
前天住了个册，虽说有 1000 的 deposit bonus, 非不让俺 deposit 超过 250。逼得
哥只有 250 了。
钱一到户，直奔牌桌，哥直接就上 NL100 了。版花打 NL 10/20 临场就带 2.5 的
full buyin. 俺觉得俺比版花更强，俺整个 bankroll 就 2.5 个 buyin.
在 Lock 打得多了，尤其在一群 Reg 都走了以后，打得很顺，game is so soft, 觉得
自己水平大概是很高了，NL100 在 ACR 应该也是如此。
结果大错特错，就我打过的几个网站来说， ACR 的 NL100， NL 50 应该是 Reg 最多
，鱼最少的。Short stack 的所谓的鱼也就是一般的 weak loose, 也不会瞎搞纯

request and I was told today the request has already been processed.
A $200 profit, but takes 3 days work. Could have won more, but I shipped
100bb preflop in SB holding TTs against Btn Regulars' 4 bet in a 3 handed 6
max game, Btn Reg had KKs. What else is new? Even 3 handed, Reg still has
very tight of range making 4 bet. Should have know better.

4565，警察6100，消防员6378，教师4667，拖后腿的主要是中小学非教学人员，平均工
资2900多。全国的政府雇员平均工资跟私营公司差不多。
而且警察消防员的福利很好，退休工资高（绝大多数公司没有退休工资），不用交社保
税，退休/辞职的时候可以把没用掉的病假和vacation全部cashout。一般公司不会让你

title for at least 6 months before the cashout refinance but some don't
have such requirement.
As long as your LTV (loan to house value) is 60% or less, you can just get

发现一个问题：
Ham牌子的8.5*11 copy plus纸店里已经标示了$3after 3.99 eaay rebates，不过是
limit4 per househould（coupon上是1），而且item nubmer和咱们打出来的FAR的
coupon上的number有一个数字的差别，coupon上是122048，店里的纸是122408.
结果到cashier那结账出来的还是按照店里的广告给的6.99给3.99的easy rebate，跟
cashier argue了一下，manager也跑进去查，后来就给了3块钱cash了事了。

我是十年前去过澳洲，有人可能会说十年变化很大，但我觉得，十年前，澳洲已经是发
达国家，变化恐怕有限。这个地球上，除了中国外，大概没哪个国家能说十年就有天翻
地覆的变化。所以，我觉得我说的并非没有现实意义。
对澳洲的第一印象是贵。十年前，美元对澳元还很坚挺。我带了1500美元，居然都撑不
到第一次发工资。
其次就是工作效率低下。做科研订试剂，系里可以给拖上一个礼拜还没把订单给弄出去
。对我们的“美国态度”嗤之以鼻，名为“不懂享受生活。”懂得享受生活的澳洲人能
把周五下午到的试剂盒放在室温过周末。1000多美元就这样没了。
设备落后。UQ据说在澳洲排名前三，整个life science school居然没有一台自动冲片
机（X光片）。实验楼里没中央空调。
学校里搞行政后勤的人态度十分傲慢。
说说生活上的事。也说说澳洲人的自我感觉好。

Mississippi Stud还是满的，草，成本这么高还没爽到，不等了。
去看了看Pai Gow，dealer慵懒的发牌慢死了，一晚上玩不了多少把。
想到好久没玩hold'em了，决定去玩会儿，不然跟不上形势了。5块钱的桌没座了，就玩
2块钱的。买了180，再加手上的15。上桌一玩就玩了3个半小时，累了，估计
Mississippi Stud该有空位了，cashout 940，今晚运气不错。
Mississippi Stud桌上就一个人了。我买了200，玩了一个小时，快6点了，实在是累了
