number，最后搞的那边连不上。
DOS网站上申请的时候其实是可以输入advisory opinion的case number作为waiver

国，你必须保持H1b or other status
before you get the approval notice；
2，多久能办下来，case by case，1－3个月都有。
我们的H4用了快4个月，后来让representative打电话询问，NND他们忘记这个case了，
过了1周发email来说case
updated了，你在1周后就会收到一封信，解释ＵSCIS怎么处理这个case。我查询了一下
状态，从initial review （第二
步）变成了acceptance （第一步），处理过程倒退了。等我们收到这封信，发现里面
居然是approval notice，发notice
的时间就是representative打电话的第二天：） |

有没有相关性就要证明以下两点
1.PP的弱CASE会拿到RFE
2.不PP的弱CASE就不会拿到RFE
显然第二点是不成立的。
所以所谓律师的结论也只不过是建立在1的基础上的。如此不严密的逻辑，好像不应该

否。如果移民局因为PP没时间看就直接给RFE，那就等着吃官司吧。
2. 弱CASE和RFE有关？
是。
3. PP+弱CASE和RFE有关？
不确定。因为不能证明不PP的弱CASE就不会拿到RFE。
所以
弱CASEPP拿到RFE主要还是因为弱CASE，和PP无关。但是猜想PP可能会增加弱CASE拿到
RFE的比例，但是增加多少，如果是不PP拿到RFE的概率超过了51%，那么PP可以大量缩
短时间，当然前提是你愿意出1000刀。所以最终你要衡量一下，PP导致你拿到RFE增加
的比率，你可以在一个月内知道结果，1000刀划不划算。 |

the case online, but I could find it the next day. The notice suggested us
to wait till we got the post-letter notice.
In LZ's case, the waiting has been much longer. However, I saw cases like
this that they couldn't check the case status till their cases were approved
. USCIS's performance is quite random on such things. I don't know for sure,
maybe LZ can call them to fix this bug? |

order to speed up your case,we transfer your case from TSC to NSC.
我是主申请人在ohio，属于NSC, 他在texas，我们两个一起在三月初提交到NSC，然后
NSC把他的case重新分配到TSC,现在又把他的485由搞回NSC,不知道是好事还是不好啊。

期后收到了I-797C，16号寄出了其它材料，19号USPS显示delivered。但是，现在又去
网上查status 表示查不到我的case number，打电话也没有我的case number. 网上的

刚才看了下网上 my case status 状态, 批准了,感谢版上的信息，我是根据这里的模
版组织了材料
感谢老板和HR的push，催着我弄推荐信 当作一个工程来完成 （最后我就把发的文章和
会议记录以及审稿记录都打出来，感谢现在的杂志都有网上电子记录，都不用联系编辑

case整体比较弱，也给大家一点信心。
律师用的W家，只要自己写好summary,其他基本不用干啥。感觉对case的把握很到位，
什么claim,什么去掉，该claim什么领域都把握的很好。比如我的领域是
bioinformatics,他们claim为computer science,所以你的每一篇文章都是top5。
整体写作比较注重事实，没有多少溢美之词。 |

发帖数: 60 | 47 刚才case tracker app 突然提示我的485 case被approve了。 吓了一跳，结果打开
case tracker app上的page一看，是一个不同的收据号码，而且是好几个月以前
approve的一个i131 （不是我的case)。把485号码删除再添加，状态又变成了
fingerprint fee received。。。

又收到通知，材料又转到TSC了。

材料不知为啥被转到CSC了？？？

最近好多陈年case似乎都收到面试通知了，我们在昨天也面试了。
面试的经过印证了大家的猜测，我俩果真是因为党员问题被卡了这么久。面试过程和其
他战友描述的一样，宣誓后把整个485表格过了一遍。和我们面谈的是field office
director，很有经验，在回顾表格的过程中穿插着核实我们的各项材料。关于党员问题
，她详细询问了入党动机，有没有参加什么活动，来美国后有没有继续联系之类的，我
们都是如实回答。然后根据我们的回答写了一份statement，让我们签字还有旁听的另
一位officer作为证人也签了字。
后来收走了一些新的材料，包括：
1.最近3个月的pay stubs
2.最近3年的W2复印件
3.第二个小孩的出生证明（485递交后出生）
4.到county警局开的certificate of good conduct.
5.新的体检表（流感疫苗是一年有效期）
6.我们联名的车保险，房贷

On January 17, 2017, we transferred your Form I-485, Application to Register
Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status, Receipt Number LIN1690xxxxxxx, to
another USCIS office. That office now has jurisdiction over your case. We
sent you a notice that explains why we moved your case. Please follow the
instructions in the notice. If you do not receive your notice by February 16
