发帖数: 5901 | 48 Tang Shan earthquake is not pure 天灾. The high casualty had a lot to do with prefab concrete board. The same thing accounted for the high casualty in Wen Chuan earthquake.
Right after Tang Shan, these prefab concrete boards should be phased out of market immediately, if not also remodel all those houses with these boards. If so, we wouldn't have the Wen Chuan earthquake as we knew it. But that didn't happen. |
